One of the servers has poor customer service and slow. She needs to go back to training. She doesn't know how to talk to customers and her attitude was rude. Chipotle should be embarrassed to have her represent their company.
The only positive thing I have to say about this Chipotle is that their guacamole was amazing and so creamy. The downside was, my partner who is in a wheelchair, was waiting in a line where people kept cutting in ahead of her. The manager did nothing about it.
Usually good. This particular branch needed work. The food wasn't hot and they were quite conservative with the guacamole despite the upcharge.
The standard Chipotle food if you hooked on to it, in a nice new food center. When picking up just check your bag to confirm that everything ordered is in there. We were missing a couple items from kids meal a couple of times.
This store has bad customer I called the location 6 times because of an issue. No one never answered my phone to address my concerns. Is this really poor customer service. I will know rethink on Chipotle ordering.
Good portion sizes except for the chicken, maybe got half a scoop of chicken. The bowl tasted fine, would've been much better with a reasonable amount of chicken!
Been to this location numerous times. Never been disappointed. Employees constantly change though and now is an even more difficult time I gather. I placed an online order hoping to be quick and easy pick up. Unfortunately, it was dinner time and bound to be busy. 20 min past the order pick up time and they weren’t even close to getting my order ready between serving in-store customers. But one employee recognized my urgency - I had an infant and she was able to help me get my order in a bit faster. It made the world of difference because who wants to hear a crying infant while waiting and waiting. So THANK YOU to this special employee - wish I got her name. She did what she could the best she could. Kudos to all the staff for working hard in these demanding times. Now go and sign up for Chipotle rewards :)
This location is extremely understaffed and very busy. I would order online only.
Fresh and delicious. Everything was in stock and plenty available. No wait in line during the time during dinner time. Most empty tables were dirty, that's why they get 4 starts.
Chipotle is good we all love it. But going at dinner time is not good ?They take all the online or phone in orders and leave you standing in line for 10min before taking your order
