Ordered a steak bowl didn’t get to eat it until the next day so when I did start eating it as I got halfway through I found a bug in my bowl good thing I look at my food as I eat because the bug will blend in
I had asked what I wanted on my bowl but once it got to the toppings I always ask for sour cream on top of everything. But the lady was like “you have to go in order lettuce is always last” In such a rude way Like I’ve never had a issue with having sour cream on top at the Kentlands chipotle. This lady is just lazy. Even rolled her eyes at me!!! Barely put anything in my bowl too. Paid 9$ for nothing. There was no lettuce left in the container she.. she could have easily changed it before putting those 4 pieces in my bowl. Never coming to this location again.
Worst service ever!! This is 3rd time they messed up my order - I always order online for pickup (easy access) - They never pay attention what they are giving you, I doubt they even reading properly on screen what I have ordered - Today I placed another order, just came to the office & open the food - messed up again! I wish there a way to give half star! Never going back again!
They ALWAYS get my order wrong, 3 out of 5 times they forget to add chips. I'm not the type to complain but seriously. Every single time they mess up
Not expensive. However, I had some tacos, they barely put some meat in it and the girl who was putting it together seemed to be mad, that made me unconfortable.Not planning to go back.
Oh my goodness, ONLINE ORDERING SUCKS TO NO END.My orders are either NOT RIGHT, has the wrong meat in it, or it's just slapped together, its awful. Fix this. I WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE AGAIN!
I already filed the issue with Doordash, however this is Chipotle’s responsibility as well. I paid $11.50 for this Chicken Quesadilla. It is automatically supposed to come packaged with Sour Cream and Tomato Salsa. These are not needed to be selected as a side. It seems as if they cut corners in the correct packaging in order for them to believe it’ll help be a cleaner delivery. $11.50 for this lousy Chicken Quesadilla without the correct ingredients is a rip off.
It is 8pm and the doors to chipotle is locked. A store associate said they are behind on online orders. Who’s fault is that? So you turn away in person customers who are standing outside. Yea this location is going downhill FAST ! I will take my business to the one down the street.
I enjoy chipotle but the staff at this location is trash....yes trash they pretend as they don't hear you then say no english when screamed at after repeatedly speaking in a normal voice. General manager pretends she will speak to the rude employee and she really does nothing funny thing is I been going to this location before any of them have been there....I watched them make healthy size bowls for people of certain ethnicity and others the ask for additional meats rice Etc everytime I place a delivery order they come wrong or messy. I think I will now travel 10 mins longer to the next location to get proper food. Corporate needs to come to this location and fo a surprise visit go through the line and see what's really going on fire most and get a manager that will actually help customers and be responsible for the employees that she hires at this location or replace her as well. Every time I visit my order's are 60-75 dollars I won't speed another dollar at this chipotle maybe I won't spend anymore money at all with chipotle not sure.
Took almost an hour to get takeout. The burrito could not be eaten as a burrito and there were no labels on the orders. Used to be great.
