This is one of the BEST Chick-fil-A location in Maryland. It's so clean and all employees are awesome, Manager Mallika she's great Young lady that treat people with respect and dignity.
Avoid this location, Unfortunately this particular chick-fil-a has gone downhill. From completely forgetting your curbside order to entirely leaving out items in your order.. it is headache inducing. Make the drive to a different location save yourself and your money.
Do not come here if you like to have your food delivered within reasonable time. Worst chic fila joint .Found my order sitting on the counter for over 10 min and crew did not bother to deliver to me. It happened three times. Crews seems to be busy talking with each other rather than performing their jobs. Manager is equally careless when asked about frequent delays. They lost loyal customers like me .
They open at 6:30 but without explanation they open at 8 today. The young lady couldn’t tell me why, and they let us wait at the door a while before throwing 8 fingers up. I use to love coming here but not anymore.
The restaurant was clean. The employees were very nice. The food was good. The ladies bathroom was clean and well stocked. I will definitely eat here again.
Moved close by to this location. After living in the area for over 6 years now, I can officially say this is the best one. Every time I come back the food is better than the last time. Always hot and delicious.
I ordered breakfast on the app before it was 10:30am (10:25am). It said head to the restaurant. I get to the parking lot and click “I’m here” and the screen changes and said my order was cancelled because it was now 10:33am and they don’t make breakfast after 10:30. Seriously?!? I ordered before the cut off! I went in just yo check if the order was really cancelled, and staffed confirmed it was and that I could order lunch.If I ordered in the restaurant at 10:25am and was waiting on my order, would they stop at 10:30 and cancel my order while I’m waiting for it to cook? Probably not. I was really craving a chicken biscuit and now going to drive back home still starving. The app should cut off online orders sooner, or they should honor orders placed before 10:30am.

Only good thing about this location is decent parking , waiting times are insane. Staff is usually not that courteous, restrooms are horrendous, Service SUCKSTakes forever
You can eat a good fast food dish and listen to church songs.The chicken is also very well cooked! They have this hidden recipes that make their food heavenly! Thats some holy Ghost chicken
