This is one of the TOP two places in the country in my opinion! George Sun is a super guy and a person I now consider a friend! But his food is authentic, fresh, amazing, and filling! The team he recruited is top-notch!
One of my favorite Chinese restaurant in MoCo. Really authentic style of food. Staffs are friendly. Reasonable priced but food can be too spicy for some people. If you like spicy food, I highly recommend this place!
The taste is very authentic. We ordered a total of six dishes for two adults and two children. The portions are large and taste good. Next time we will definitely try different dishes.
Try duck soup, pork trotter soup and grilled fish this time. The food is absolutely delicious. The fish is tender and flavorful. The service is is excellent. Actually today is my friend’s birthday. Thanks for the chief’s hand rolled noodle and birthday song. By the way, the chef’s white hilltop hairstyle is cool
Finally we had Szechuan Cuisines in real sense here! It’s welcoming and cozy feel inside, reminiscent of the hometown neighborhood restaurant right around the corner.Spicy conch (al dente bites) +Braised intestines in chilly oil (lightly sweet taste), Grilled Fish (fried whole fish, tender meats but flavorful in spicy broth w.vegetables, heated-up at table), Pickles &Peppers stir-fried liver/kidney combo(Deveined, chewy/crunchy iron-richness fulfillment, if it’s your cup of tea:)With emptied-up rice bowls at the end of meal, we’ll for sure return for more Chef Lee’s Element!
Very cozy place, dined here a couple of times, loved their dishes, just do not order all spicy style dishes all at once, as you will need lots of rice or water.
SiChuan style restaurant. My favorite item is Chinese grilled fish (a.k.a 烤鱼），if you like Chinese spicy food, give a try.
No shortage of favors here, generous amount of garlic, chili, pepper corn and other spices are used. If you like spicy Chinese food, this may be the place for you. Casual setting, staff are friendly. Strip mall parking.
Solid mix of American and traditional Chinese food. Service was very good and the food was super tasty. Definitely going to add it the lunch rotation.
No complaints about the food even though food kinda a little different during the two time I visited .. but service is ok..I think severs can ask customers about the feelings about the food or more napkins +etc service..or maybe restaurants should order some napkins dispenser. .I like spicy and always order spicy food, but my nose…..??????
