Nice location, with a view of the lake. Staff were friendly and understanding. Food was tasty with a minor caveat (saltiest bacon I've ever tasted, it was bizarre). I had a Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned and it was ridiculously pleasant for how simple it was. The Bartender was on point that night.Big parking deck nearby, in addition to some street parking. Rio is a nice area.
The food was just OK and the service was abysmal - slow and not attentive. In light of the food quality and service the prices are not justified. We would’ve saved a bundle and had a better experience by ordering from a pizza chain. We won’t be back.
The food was decent, not very appetising. The only thing that is bad from my experience is the customer service. We have to wait for a very long time to get the waiter's attention. And the waiter was even forget that we are there.
Was a shockingly good meal. We requested the margarita with a wine floater to be spicy and it was great. The avacado rolls are a favorite for a reason but we that butter cake was astounding. Just a great meal from a restaurant you might easily overlook. Been a long time since I had been and was quite pleased.
Absolutely LOVE everything about this CPK. It's been a family tradition to dine here for at least two decades. Always absolutely delicious food, always good and friendly servers, always super fun to sit out on the patio when weather allows. Highly recommend! Excellent! A++
Wanted to share about a horrifying experience with Sophia the host I had recently. I spoke with management already and will likely reach out to corporate because this person should not have a job.My friend and I went in to grab a table, while we waited at the host stand behind another family we witnessed Sophia loudly and aggressively YELLING at another employee over tables. This was a child working the host stand berating a full grown coworker. When she was done with her rant he went to the bathroom and didn’t come back. I spoke with the manager and he said he would speak to her. She later came over to apologize to us. Instead of apologizing she decided to explain to us that “he’s kinda slow so you have to be more stern with him” then doubled down and said “I have worked with slow people my whole life out of the goodness of my heart”I’m honestly horrified anyone felt saying any of these things was appropriate, much less using this as an excuse?!I don’t know if she still has a job but she should NOT. This girl needs to be let go and take some time to figure out what basic human respect looks like. Please do better of who you allow on your staff this is embarrassing and disgusting behavior and she should have been let go on the spot.
The food is great, and it never seems to disappoint me, what does though, is the customer service. Whenever I go to this location the waiter/waitress only seems to visit my table twice, one time for the order, and other for the check. I understand the complexity of the job, but this occurs to me even when the restaurant has a low population.
Great experience every time. The servers are great - esp at the bar. Food and drinks are always delicious. Interior floors can use some renovations.
It was very bad.All of the toppings were missing or soggy.There was no dressing or crushed red peppers or salsa.There were no napkins as well for the pickup order.
I went to this restaurant 5 years ago when I was visiting my sister, and It was awesome. Cheese Pizza with great, artichoke dip was fire and Staff were very nice! Definitely would recommend this place!
