Excellent wagyu burger! Nice atmosphere, respectful staff. Nice setting and nice food, many seats to accommodate everybody. Had a nice little time. Trendy music too . Their fries were excellent, supposedly they choose the best potatoes so that would explain. It reminded me of 5 guys, maybe the FI in burgerfi is from the Fi from five guys
The burger was not cooked to order. The cost was 12.17 with tax and didn't have any good flavor. Given that Canyon Ranch and True Foods is a black away, they are way better and of course $6 more, but I would argue worth it.
Absolutely loved the food. The fries were so fresh and such big portions. Went with the beyond burger and it was delicious. I cook them all the time at home and they’ve never tasted so good. The store looked great too. Highly recommend
Wonderful experience with my family today at BurgerFi! The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. For non-burger types, like my daughter, try the chicken fingers—they’re great! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun meal out.
With all the competition surrounding this establishment my family and I could not have picked a better spot to enjoy a wonderful meal. You have great music playing, paired with delicious burgers, wonderful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to meet our every expectation. The new addition of burgerfi in the area has been nothing short of a blessing. Please go check them out I promise you will not regret it!!!
Awesome new burger place in Rio! Took the family to try it out for the first time and it definitely has become a quick favorite. The huge menu has options for everyone, and the decoration is beautiful. Great patio too!
Loved my first visit to BurgerFi! I got a SWAG burger and it was probably the best burger I have ever gotten! So flavorful and spicy, I cant wait to go back! The servers were also super friendly!
It was bad…. I mean wow. Last year I went to the silver spring location and thought “wow, this might just be the best burger I’ve ever put to my lips”. After that, I went to the Bethesda location and paid almost $80 for a family of 4’s meal, after waiting for more than an hour, I finally got my food and it wasn’t good. It was very bland, apart from the fries. I thought it was just a little slip up, so I went back again, and it was just as bad. So I decided it was a location issue because what I had in silver spring was undefeated!! So after month of waiting, I went to this location, and again, paid a pretty penny for a family of four. The milk shakes were good and so were the fries! The burgers…. we’re disgusting. They were grey and tasted as if they had boiled then patties in water. They had no taste whatsoever. Nobody in my family liked them, and the food ended up being thrown away. I am very against waisting food, but these burgers were just so bad I was speechless. I don’t know if they have changed their recipe or what since I went in 2020, but all I know is that I am not coming back. Many burgers later, I can say that this place is not worth the price. Disappointing.
Its bad place, service is pathetic. they served in meat burger when i ordered no meat burger.04/03- Raised concern twice on link shared. No one has reached back.Definitely your standards are low and you don’t take any concern seriously. Poor customer service.Here is how I will conclude, They replied back my review at google as its public and mostly everyone are looking at google review. No response to concern raised at website as thats Private.04/08- Still no one reached back on the concern raised.
The burgers are delicious but the fries seemed a bit overcooked. Loved the quick service and friendly staff. The place looks so cool, love the outside seating. Definitely planning on houng back or maybe ordering to go. I would for sure recommend this place for a delicious burger.
