The new burger King on Shady Grove is really a new concept restaurant. They now have 2 additional restaurants inside. One is an Italian that offer really good steak and cheese and other dishes. They also have authentic NY style pizza.The other is a express grille. I've yet to sample their food but it will happen.My only complaint is with the pricing. My steak and cheese expensive. It was a foot long and it costs $19 .
Love the new layout. Gives you a food court vibe. Also different options of a variety of foods.
On July 1, 2022, we did mobile app order and it supposed to be ready to be picked up at 9:30PM and we got there at 10:30PM. Our orders were not ready and we asked the cashier where is the orders, and they ignored us and served other customer who were there after us. I waited for 10 minutes, thinking that he got my order. 10 minutes later and still my order was not ready, then, I asked the cashier again, and this time his response was the onion rings were not ready. I told him that my orders supposed to be ready to be picked up 9:30PM and he could not answer why it took an hour to make the onion ring and our orders were not ready. No apology after we got our order. I would never go to this place ever again. I would not recommend to my families and friends to this place.
I ordered a bundle with 3 small fries in it, however, the store refused to give me the correct size fries and said because the order was made with coupon so the store has the right to decide what size of food to give to customers. The associated store manager on duty was very rude and keep saying store has the right to decide what kind of food to give customers. It’s very ridicules that costumer can not get what they paid for, very disappointed.
4.5 stars, good service but they forgot my cheese which we paid extra.This is a remodeled Burger King Restaurant with two other adjoining eateries inside, one is a speciality pizza shop, the other is a place where you can get a Filet Mignon, salad bar.Lovely space saving conception and I cant wait to try the restaurants and post about.
This place serves stale food. I got two burgers via Drive through. I got home in 5 mins and both burgers were chewy and cold. I would have gone back to return it if I wasn’t in a rush go get back to work. Poor service for drive through. If it were dine in, I would have quickly ask to replace.have decency to serve fresh food.
I ordered using Uber eats and ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and got a normal lemonade with lots of ice in it?
This sure is a very nice renovation on the inside and outside. Looks like it's the flagship of Burger Kings. There's even a salad bar inside, offered by JoJo's Seafood, Steak & More, and another place called Ripieno's Italian Bistro - Pizza & Subs. There is a pretty spacious seating area inside, as well as TV's. I can see this Burger King getting a lot of business. Great job!

Drive tru line never moves quickly and the design of the drive thru will definitely lead to accidents. Also the staff mess up orders regularly.
