Service was very slow and wings were very overcooked/dry. Our waiter was very polite, but struggled to get all our food out to us in a timely manner or at the same time. Appetizers were delivered to the table (6 pers)... but we had to ask for plates to put the apps on. Most of the food came out a while later... and we had to track our server down to ask for napkins and silverware. One of our orders of fries did not come until we were almost done eating. Had to ask multiple times for our celery and carrots. Salad was brought with the wrong dressing. Iced tea was missing the ice. LOL. Took quite a while to get our check. All-in-all it was just a very sub-par experience.
Food was fine but the service was poor - takeout food was ready and sitting for over 10 minutes while we waited in the entrance/host area, but the front staff wouldn’t grab it even though they were told the Uber alert came through. Literally watched it sit. Very annoying, won’t order from this location again
The service was absolutely awful. I had to get my own silverware for the 5 of us. We ordered a substitution for the kids fries that didn’t get communicated. We didn’t receive our ranch or wet naps/celery.The bathrooms were a complete mess with soap dispensers ripped off the wall and paper towels just sitting in water on the sink.The manager did assist in straightening things out by the end but everything leading up to this point has ruined it.I understand staffing is difficult right now but when the other people working here immediately know who our server is when I go ask for assistance and when the manager says that they’ve tried to reduce this particular servers table amount because they’ve had complaints then there’s a bigger problem.
Servers have no idea what they are doing. This is my experience from a few visits, not just one. I think, first they need more servers, and second better training is required. Food is fine.
Not the same no more fries was so stale and chicken was salty. No one is never in the front ! They can't even greet you when you walk in there. Food was hot but needs to be more tasty.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! This specific location just has no direction. They don’t have anyone sitting people so you don’t know if you have to wait or seat yourself. The servers are constantly rude because they are constantly over sat. There’s barely any servers no bussers no food runners so basically everything falls on the server creating a horrible cycle. There’s no management to be found. Avoid at all cost
I just got to my boyfriend after ordering our dinner. The French fries is hard. The traditional chicken and boneless chicken is way way too hard. The only thing that was good was the carrots and celery. I paid over $50 and gave a tip. I wish I would've went too Wing Stop and checked the food first and gave no tip. I'm not going all the way back to Gaithersburg from Rockville........Order number 1050035
The Lemon Pepper Seasoning and Asian Zing are my favorite flavors so far. I appreciate the people who works there. However, the last time we ordered, my husband asked for 10 boneless asian zing, 5 lemon pepper and 5 spicy garlic but when we came home, they gave us 15 spicy garlic and no asian zing. We were so sad. But the traditional wings here are the best!
As a former BWW server I was shocked at how awful service has gotten. Our server last night seemed like he was in the clouds he looked so spaced out and confused about what we had ordered. He brought us food that we never ordered and ran it back to the kitchen and continued to wait. We all received our food very late (freezing cold) no utensils, no napkins, no refills and my husbands food never came. After asking about his food for the second time he said “someone else took it, they’re making it now” (an excuse servers all use to basically say I forgot to ring it in) we decided to call a manager over and he informed us the kitchen was short staffed and he’d comp his food and bring it out anyway. At this point we’d been sitting there almost two hours and furious. We were also the 3rd or 4th table to ask for a manager to come over in his shared section. This place is poorly managed because if the kitchen were really short staffed it’s all hands on deck. Management would jump in the kitchen and on expo to help the cooks get everything out on time or helped their servers check in on tables and take orders instead of standing around the POS’s and talking with their staff the whole time. Unprofessional, staff was not attentive …playing on their cell phones, took 45 minutes to get our COLD food and still they forgot one of our meals entirely. They didn’t bring us silverware, or napkins, no ice, when you asked for assistance staff just got irritated. None of this was because they were busy either. It was a VERY slow night. Worst experience ever.
