For a fast casual dining experience, not bad. The place was virtually empty but the staff was kept busy with the drive thru and online orders rolling in. Cashier that assisted was lovely and everyone was up beat. Food was a little cold upon being handed over to us, but not so much so that it was inedible. Will definitely go again.
The inside was very clean. The food was fresh and hot. Not busy during dine in.
This place is cool. You can pick what type of chicken ? you want, whether light meat or dark meat. You can also pick roast beef to eat. They also have sides like mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese ?, mixed vegetables, etc. And for dessert ?, you can choose between a cookie ?, ? or a brownie. You can even see the chicken cooking ? as they rotate inside the machines they have there. If you feel like having breakfast, lunch, or dinner, try eating at this place when you get a chance.
I ordered on line for Thanksgiving, went to pick it up and told I had to stand in a long line and order again. I wrote corporate no response. Every time I go they tell me they dropped something from their menu and its not coming back. ribs, prime rib and Turkey and now on llamo y serve chicken and meat loaf. Then call yourself chicken and meatloaf, not a market. Food is good, but whoever is managing in corporate apparently is not.
I will NEVER go to Boston Market again. I ordered 4 sides. 2 Mac and cheese and 2 sweet potato casserole. $36 total! I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t feel like arguing about the price so I paid and left. The Mac and cheese taste worse then the .99 box you can get from any grocery store. And the sweet potatoes had a weird taste and look exactly like paste. Highly disappointed. $36 wasted.
Chicken was cold. They were rude to me and would not honor the pricing posted for a premium side. They said it was 80 cents when 50 cents was posted. Thank gosh I checked the food before I drove off to see that my chicken and cornbread were cold. After I had to drive thru again, all they did was take the chicken out and replace it when now the rest of KY food got cold. No offers to upgradee to premium sides when they were gave me cold chicken amd were about to close. Need better training.
Very good, fresh, tasty food; very quick; nice, helpful staff; excellent value; open on all major holidays!
I never had an issue with this Boston market. The food usually taste decent, but tonight it was awful. The Mac and cheese was extremely runny and watery. The sweet potatoes had big chunks in them and the corn had an odd taste. Honestly the one star is for the cashier. She was an older white lady and had a pleasant personality. The food deserved no stars.
I was there at this location, bought Cesar chickens salad taste terrible! Leftovers old chicken made with Cesar salad I observed very closely Cesar salad without chicken they put them in cooler then pulled out Cesar open the Cesar container put leftovers old rotisseries chicken warmed them up sell to customer this not right not healthy and safe health department should aware of it this situation I paid $9. Something included tax it was total &10.38 for small containers nasty Cesar chicken salad this store poor customer services there is no welcoming at all attitude and moody etc…..
This is the worst Boston Market ever!!! I am currently waiting in the drive thru line for 20 min. Then when you get to the window they have an attitude.
