Delicious fried chicken, with fun sides, starters, and other entree options. Also a big selection of drinks. The spicy chicken is SPICY! Soy garlic is tasty but not spicy. I recommend the coleslaw as the main side -- radishes were ok, tasted kind of like sweet pickles but would mostly just be for texture.Bulgogi tacos were a fun starter. Interesting mix of flavors and textures, and they look cool too.We came for a later dinner on Friday (8:30ish), and we were surprised how slow it was. Hopefully a fluke, would love to see this place get popular! Service was prompt and friendly.
This location is the best location out of the 3 in the area. My boyfriend and I come here often because we love the strips! They’re always fresh and the food is amazing. The staff are also extremely wonderful every time we visit. They are always so attentive to whatever we may need and they are all smiles. If you’re going to bonchon, this location is the best one to go to.
Lovely place to have lunch with friends. I've been to several Bonchons but this one in particular might be my favorite because of the location and service. Our servers were very attentive and helpful. Everything we had (Tteokbokki, seasoned fries, and chicken) was piping hot, fresh, crispy, and delicious. It's far from where I live but would come here again.
The chicken wings are on point. A little sweet a little savory. Definitely check this place out if you’re in the area!
We were looking for an authentic Korean restaurant but was guided into this rather modern sport bar-like restaurant. Located in the middle of the Kentlands Market Square, it is in a very nice location. The waiters were very friendly. However, there was barely any authentic Korean food. Japchae was probably the closest dish. Nevertheless, the boneless chicken wings were great with beer. However, the udon noodel soup was so plain that it was disappointing. Overall, it is probably a good hanging out place for youngsters to drink beer and watch multiple TV screens. It's certainly not a place for someone who wants to enjoy Korean cuisines.
Wasn't busy as it was a weekday. Our server was very friendly and nice and our chicken was crisp and delicious, as were the fries. The chicken wings here seems to be larger in size than the chicken wings that are served at the Germantown location.
Food is bland in short..The bulgogi is not savory as depicted the taste was more like eating steak n cheese at bestHouse special fries where over cooked and with an abundance of oil burned tasteChicken katsu - taste was like a heinz bottle poured over it....Japanese mayo - taste was generic like off the shelf mayo literally..was more offensive serving this calling it Japanese mayo ,Honey musteredWas just another off shelf.Coleslaw was excellent and done rightOverall would not recommend this place and would not come back anytime soon
Delicious fried chicken; unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. And when you have some beer to go along with it, makes it so much tastier.
Consistently good dining for lunch. We had a great waiter for our party of 10. The food was delivered quickly; everything was hot and fresh. I really enjoyed the freshly battered fries, and would recommend the fried chicken strips (I went half & half, spicy and soy garlic). Since the restaurant is Korean themed, you'd really miss out if you skipped the kimchi. It's quite spicy though! And don't forget --like I did-- that they serve beer too!
Disappointed how much the prices have gone up for Bonchon. I can’t justify paying 20$ for a ten piece strip with some sauce… it’s amazing don’t get me wrong, but you can get two entrees from Thai Tanium next door for 24-26$ which has great options.
