Sliders, burger and fries were very good. No complaints with the food, service on the other hand needed improvement. The gentleman taking our order was not very friendly nor was the gentleman cooking. The tables, floor and restroom could have used a better cleaning.
This place is aiiiiiite. 4/5 stars for the burgers. I got the chef special, the Wagyu & mushroom. The other burger is the works. Not bad.On the hand, The place could be cleaner. Vibe is cool.
Workers are very rude and lazy, this is my second time i go with my brother, but every time we go, the people who are working are very rude. They act like if people are asking for free food. The food is not good at all, but it doesn’t matter, the service they give is what matter in every Bussinesss.
My great likes of this BGR:March is St. Pats month, and that means putting a reuben on a burger and calling it special. Of course it is special, it proves the correct garnish for a burger is more meat and the best of another sandwich.Too bad they only offer it in March, else I'd give the place 5 stars.Next up, the tots. I'm old, and when I wasn't, TPTB gave out tots and commanded I like them. So I did. And BGR kindly recreates that receding memory for me, with the bonus of the tots actually being hot when served. Also on the old track is the decor/ music/vibe they go for. As an actual Cold War kid, this simulacrum of Reaganistic nostalgia is fun for me in the brief dose associated with eating there. It additionally amuses me to watch the staff suffer working in the endless way back machine ~ apropos for Reagan's gang come to think of it.The parking is better than for the one in Bethesda. The service is better than at the one in Germantown.
Some of the best burgers I ever had around here. Make sure to get the caramelized onions with your toppings. The staff is very nice and efficient at there job. It's usually the same cook around this time. Thank you. Will definitely be a returning customer.
Terrible experience. Both my burger and my girlfriends was undercooked. The placed smelled like weed which ruined the burger that was already RAW. Didn’t finish the food. Overpriced. $35 wasted.
Vibe and location: amazing location within the Washingtonian shopping area , tight outside of the theatre / entertainment, once you get inside burger joint you will notice how clean and organized it is.Quality of service and food: the service at the time of our visit was amazing, we went there around 7:00 pm on a Saturday night and it happened to be rather busy yet controlled , and Shelby did Ana amazing job taking the order and it wasn’t too long after we received it: nice, warm, tasty and all to our likings. We had :Mushroom Swiss burgerWaugh beef burgerKids tendersKids hotdog
Workers are very rude and lazy. It was 7pm, 1 hour before closing, and my friends and I were told the workers didn’t want to work anymore. We tried waiting to see if they would let us in, and they started taunting us. Can’t forget the ugly griller waving sausages at us. Low life’s ?
The negatives:The two employees working were very rude. No customer service skills at all.The positive:Food was delicious. Cooked well. I’d come back only because the food was good
The food was delicious and plentiful. All of the pre-teens with me loved it, as did I. My daughter’s birthday is tomorrow (December 19th). She was so excited to go there.
