This is the worst Ben gong location in my opinion. They are really rude there most of the time. They get a drink wrong and they argue with me. They don’t do refunds and their teas around about $7-8 average. They also seem to be stingy with toppings than other Ben gong locations. I got a taro cheese slush and they barely put any cheese foam in there even though I asked for extra? Refer to the pics attached. It’s a classic case of when you order it online vs when it arrives. It tasted like water lmao
This is my favorite drinks shop. I am also a regular customer here. The staff are very polite. Every time I see me, they greet me warmly. I have tasted almost all the drinks here. They are very good. I am looking forward to new ones drinks
Peach oolong milk tea was great - had some jelly coated oats and tapioca which was very interesting and unexpected - I would get it again!
It was just a cup of warm water with minimum mike foam. If you don’t pay attention, you wouldn’t notice the taro. What a waste of money. Worst DMV bubble place.
Osmanthus oolong milk tea with fermented rice is great. Also added highland barleys, which is one of my fav toppings. BEST bubble tea in this area.
Came to this Tea Place yesterday as part of a birthday celebration. The environment was clean and modern and I truly enjoyed my avocado mango drink BUT the matcha bubble tea was left to be desired. What really threw me off was the service. The person that took my order was indifferent and seems quite annoyed with my questions for the order. Mind you I was the only customer there and it was my first time so I didn't necessarily know what to get. I was just happy to find a bubble tea place. As a business owner I value a decent customer service. Essentially it's part of the experience and what customers look forward to come back to aside from a good product. We'll this first experience has left me not wanting to come back to this place. Which is quite sad since it looked really cool and they have good products.
Mango Pomelo Sago is insanely good. Also got black rice taro milk tea which was one of the best taro milk teas I’ve ever had. I will drive significantly out of the way to come here. BEST bubble tea spot I’ve been to stateside
