I wanted to buy fresh packed ice cream. I was told they no longer sold them but there was a huge sign on the wall that said they sold small and large fresh packed ice cream. They said they were supposed to take it down but hadn’t.??♀️
The best way to judge a business is how they react when a mistake is made. This Baskin-Robbins location passed with flying colors. When I arrived to pick up my cake, it was not ready. It seems they forgot to make it. The person at the cash register told me to pick out any cake. There wasn't what we ordered (it was a custom cake for a special occasion). He said not to worry and gave me a quart of the correct ice cream. He also took the cake back and added the custom message. This location is also a Dunkin and he insisted (despite me trying to refuse) to give me a half dozen doughnuts . I wouldn't hesitate to come back (there have been no issues in the past) and you should give them a try as well. Just a bit of a warning--try to time your visit when Quince Orchard Highschool is not about to start or finish as the shopping center can get busy with cars and the location full of hungry high schoolers.
They were out of chocolate. I was going to get a large chocolate shake but switched to a small rocky road when they informed me of the shortage. They only used two scoops, so the shake was mostly milk and tasted and looked like it!
The ice cream is always good. The chocolate chip is always a good bet. The Dunkin Donuts "age" too fast. If you buy the donuts early in the morning they are fresher. The donuts are NOT baked at this store. The donuts are delivered to this store early in the morning. Both fresh coconut and toasted coconut donuts seem to stay fresher longer. Seating area is small but cute and clean, and well lighted.
Great experience. It was my first time going to this store, and the cashier and the manager both were very helpful. Good customer service.
The young lady gave amazing service
Their formulas must have changed or something because my pint and my girlfriend's milkshake tasted disgusting. When we tried to get a refund the server was extremely rude and was giving us a really hard time before ultimately giving the refund. We won't be back :/
The food and products are great, but the service is poor. I can bearly understand / hear the employee over the phone and he kept cutting me off while I was trying to order. Plus, the store itself smells foul like a bathroom at the Darnestown location.
My son loves coming here for the rainbow sherbet.
Very nice store. Clean. Would have given 5 stars but it took a long time to be served. Seemed only one person was working.
