Staff didn’t know how to make milkshake.
Store is a combo with Dunkin' Donuts. Quite the bit of real estate at the shopping center! I think the staff works both sides though. Went to get ice cream cake. Picked one out of the freezer case. There were quite a variety to choose from. They were all nicely decorated, but wanted to add happy birthday to the one we picked out. The cake was a little on the smaller size, but one of the folks behind the counter said they could fit happy birthday and a name. We were surprised by how well it fit and how nice it looked!Staff was friendly. Store was clean. Lots of ice cream flavors available in the case. I zoned in on my favorites, but skipped getting a scoop cause we had ice cream cake! Would visit this shop again!
I am disappointed I used to love this place it was great and something recently has happened the last three times I have been there have been horrible. They don't have this and that they have melted ice cream doesn't even last 5 minutes. I ordered a banana royal tonight and they were out of nuts did not put any toppings on it threw in more bananas than ice cream and the jamoca almond fudge had maybe 3 almonds in total not even whipped cream or a cherry really what the heck is going on. The only non dairy flavor whoops they don't have it so no comment. Saddened that now if I want ice cream I have to travel 15 minutes or more from home to get something that is decent. Ugh so sad ?
I've ordered from this area twice and have gotten the wrong order I would give this place 0 stars if I could. If there weren't any flavors avaliable they should update there menu rather than making a completely different order from what I asked. Disappointing and horrible service.
I find the staff of this location to be super friendly and generally very helpful. The location itself seems to have this funk about it that I can't really explain. It's convenience to my house is probably the only reason I'd go back.
Ignorance. Selective customer service. No uniform. No name tag. Unprofessional.

Lady is not responsive and rude. I placed order and ask after long time when I see not body responding. She get mad. There was only one more customer and 5 people were working there.Of 5 people can't handle one order than what they will do when 10, 20 customers will come.
Came at 11 pm on Jan 3rd. No service was offered. Only one guy at the counter with no acknowledgement or any eye contact. We just stood waiting for 20 minutes. Need to hire good staff for this location.
