We were a party of two on a sunday at 10:30, it was busy but we were seated promptly. Service was magnificent, the servers were courteous. The location offers both indoor and outdoor seating, both are great to be honest, we chose outside as it was sunny , our food came approximately 11 minutes after we ordered. The food wasn’t out of the ordinary, i loved the beignets more than anything, I’d say they were the only thing extraordinary there. Also they have pelegrino ! Great for digestion in my opinion.
Had to sit outside due to the wait. Staff was friendly and prompt to the table. Orders came out correctly and quickly.Huevos Rancheros was a hit with my wife and sister-in-law. Chicken and waffles for the nephew went quick. Pizza for the table was a bit much for everyone to eat.The all American is pretty typical breakfast: 2 Eggs, side of potatoes and your choice of bacon/sausage/whatever.Worth a visit.
We came for brunch! Again, although we haven't been in awhile. I usually get the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict but he got that this time and I went with the Geechie Boy Grits with Pork Belly and a pancake with Nutella and Banana. The staff was hilarious and friendly. There was this older woman in a beautiful pink sweater who had too much to drink, she stumbled pass our table, I knew she was going to puke and about 10 minutes later there was staff members coming back holding their noses looking for the unfortunate souls that had to clean it up. There were about 3-4 who helped clean up. I asked was it the lady in the pink sweater and it was lol ugh I hope she didn't ruin that sweater! And I'm glad we were sat in the back by the bar and not where we originally were supposed to be.
The atmosphere was wonderful! No matter what my friend and I ordered everything tasted better than I could've imagined and I was highly impressed. 14/10 will be eating there again.
Loved our brunch! Had huevos rancheros with chorizo and my date had pork belly with grits. We had the bottomless mimosas and Bella was our server (she’s fantastic!) highly recommend.
That chai latte was omg. I had the crab dip and tofu tacos. The crab dip was delicious. I wasn’t too much of a fan of the tofu tacos. I’m looking forward to trying other things on their menu. The staffs is super friendly.
This is my 1st Valentine’s dinner date. We had a pawsome ? time here. It’s the best dog-friendly restaurant in the DMV area. This place is so welcoming paw ? fur babies like me, people are very friendly, the atmosphere and the vibes is so uplifting, food is delicious, and their signature coffee is the best! The coffee drinks are absolute perfection. I am addicted to all their drinks. I was however disappointed with the orange juice we ordered for brunch as it was from concentrate. I also found the smoked salmon on the eggs Benedict to be crusty around the edges and the side salad was very cold and some leaves were sour and wilted. My partner enjoyed his chicken and waffles. We didn't ask them to fix or take back anything as we were pressed for time. I loved the ambiance at brunch and the friendly hostess. I will give them another try in the future.
Hostess was extremely passive aggressive. She was clearly having a bad day.Food was ok and our waitress was friendly. We had beignets, huevos rancheros, kids pizza, beyond burger and a milkshake.
On MLK, service was slow for brunch. The waiter did not take down our order correctly and there was not much food left to choose from since they ran out by 10 am. So disappointed. I would not recommend coming back.
