Great food fresh at Asian nine with my daughter and friends !
Highly recommend this place!!Here is what I ordered.The pork dumplings came with miso soup.I also got cooked sushi combo , eight pieces were California roll, worth trying the other half eight if you are beginner at eating sushi.And for the drink I had a sunset something I can’t really recall ?
Nothing but awesome food.The service was quite slow and it's due to the shortage of the staff, but this is quite covered with the brilliant food that they serve, our compliments to the chef.
I went back in November for my birthday. The service, drinks, location and decor was great but the food was definitely overpriced for the small portion given and the menu choices were pretty basic. I’ve been to many Thai places but this one was more on aesthetics than quality of food in my opinion.
Very good food. Never had anything less that pretty good. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a vast array of Asian cuisine because everything I’ve had was of good quality.
My wife and I have ordered food from Asia Nine many times since it opened in Downtown Crown. Tonight, our food lacked flavor and did not taste fresh. Bronzino was dry, Lo Mein tasted like plastic and the Crab Fried Rice smelled ‘old.’The experience was so disappointing that we will not dine here again.Responding to the owner - we have ordered delivery from your restaurant more times than I can count. That has nothing to do with food that is bland and smells old.
Good Friendly Service , cosy environment
I'm visiting Gaithersburg for work purposes and I came across Asia Nine via a google search. The food there was great. The pot stickers were done more like fried wontons (I prefer the Chinese, fried dumpling, method--not fully deep-fried), but the Spicy Basil (with chicken) was fantastic. The cocktails were also great, for what one might expect from a restaurant that doesn't advertise itself as having a bar. I highly recommend Asia Nine and I will be a return customer the next time I come through town.

I ordered delivery, the quality of the food and the preparation of dumplings and teriyaki chicken was subpar, however it could be argued that tastes and opinions can be subjective. What is not subjective-- and it is a fact-- when your food is tainted. One dish, combination meat and seafood Pad Thai, was particularly worrisome. The moment I opened the container a rancid smell instantly hit me. I do not know whether the peanuts were rancid, or the noodles, or any of the proteins, but it was inedible. I called the restaurant immediately and the manager was totally uninterested to hear my complaint... the manager suggested that "I may not be familiar with the smell of seafood". That comment alone gives me pause and makes me write this warning for customers to beware.
