The honey teriyaki old bay chicken was all chunks of breading with no pieces of chicken larger than a dime. The chicken was like leather from how overcooked it was. All of the pictures online look really good and it has a lot of good reviews. I was really surprised when I got my food. An extra 99c for a big scoop of rice was pretty disappointing as well. The sauce was good, but that’s about it.
Wok n. Wok out to change there. Name to tacky tacky. I love my Asian food and I love eating my Asian food with chopsticks. So when they come out and present me with a fork in the bowl that was a little tacky. The seats outside and the napkin holders All say only for use for Wok n. Wok out.. again tacky. And I have to say this the first time that I've had drunken noodles where it's burnt. This is the second time I've eaten here and this is the last time.
Only two stars and only because the food is good, although sometimes on the salty side. If not for the food I'd give 1 star. The owner has taken my order over the phone 3 times now and each time has been rude and condescending, rushing my order, and making snarky comments about ingredient choices. I've never experienced that attitude in person, so I guess she reserves her extra special behavior for phone orders. It's pretty disappointing considering all the support the community has shown her business. I am not going to continue supporting someone who obviously is bothered by her paying customer whom has always been kind to her.
Great food! I have tried several dishes and they are all great. The teriyaki old bay chicken is amazing. Every time I go there I think I'm going to try something new but I usually end up back at the teriyaki old bay chicken. Highly recommend the place for both five in and take out.
Absolutely delicious food. Best fried rice I have had in this area. They are busy in general and that's the only downside but a must try.
we dined in about a month ago and it was superb! the food is incredible! we got one of the bowls. you can customize the add on egg too (got ours well done, but usually we get it over easy). the reason i am writing the review today is we went to get some tea today at 3pm and they were closed. the owner came up and told us that they have a “family meal” every day from 3:00 - 3:30 and let me say, that is such a good business practice!! giving your employees a break and a meal?? i love this place and it is because of those reasons lthat we will always be super fans of this place.
Host was very helpful for 1st time there. But did not think portion size with cost was good. Shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. Added on broccoli was given very small amount. Should have went to steakhouse for a better deal.
It’s truly refreshing to have an establishment that takes the time to create meals specifically for vegan consumers. There’s no guesswork or substitutions. You can get a GREAT meal here! It’s always delicious!
This place is phenomenal. The best drunken noodles I've ever had!!!! I ask for extra noodles and the entree is seriously DIVINE. And of course I'm always tempted to get the boba tea!!! The Brown Sugar boba tea is on a different level. The whole place is!
I adore this place. Best boba (the pearls aren't ridiculously over sweetened), great customer service (the food owner always helps me with the menu, and I've seen the boba owner make a new tea for someone who ordered the wrong one, their mistake). Very clean. Big fan. Local favorite.
