Ordered online through the app the order was sent out via doordash. We ordered 5 combo meals. Upon receiving the order we were missing all the drinks and 2 of the fry orders. The doordash driver seemed unconcerned and said call the store. Called the store and the manager said call doordash and tell them to put the order back through at their cost. 45+ minutes on the phone with doordash trying to get in touch with wingstop to verify the order push through. Wingstop was not answering the phones. Finally gave up an hour later got in touch with the store. While I understand they had issues with their systems they said they would just reprocess the whole order but at this point my son was stopping by to get the order. He brought it home and again we were missing food. This time one of our wing orders and still missing a fry. I will say the food is good and we have never been unhappy with the taste of the wings. The service could be better and the fact that the messed up the order twice was tough. We will try again as hopefully this was a one time experience.
the workers were super nice but every single table was dirty, my friend ordered fries and they forgot about her (we were the only ones inside) so she had to wait 40 minutes for a single order of fries. i get that they could have been busy earlier but i will not be coming back
I really like this wing stop. I love the wings, but the best part is the soda selection. It has many selections for people who need the no sugar option.
I made an online order and everything was wrong except the fries and drink. We Order a 10 piece combo and a 10 piece boneless and the boneless was never in the bag and the wings we did get were completely plain. They were supposed to be bbq but they ended up being lemon pepper. I very disappointed because they do so well usually.
I ordered 30 piece wings meal. My wings and fries were not done to my request of extra crispy nor did my fries have extra seasoning. The corn was delicious.
I heard so much good things about wingstops wings and decided to try them for the first time. Waste of money, literally worst decision should’ve just gone to Buffalo Wild Wings. My wings had literally no seasoning, no taste what’s so ever. Even the fries had no taste they were dry and simple. Highly disappointed, never again.
It's alright. Just wish they would ever care to double check orders before sending them out because they always seem to forget something. Last time ordered 10 wings and only received 5... the minimum amount is 6 so idk how they messed that up. Obviously lazy.
It was on a cold evening in which I embarked on my journey to obtain the coveted delicacy of downed avians know as "boneless thigh bites and voodoo fries”. The odyssey I had embarked on was made all the more difficult as I was physically spent from a day of cleaning. Imagine my dismay when I opened my order and found not the ambrosia of the gods but a mistake. My voodoo fries were but bland cheese fries. No matter, my resolve was strong, I fashioned my own voodoo fries from home seasonings and, the also incorrect, ranch dipping sauce instead of blue cheese. I was ready to soldier on and enjoy my boneless thigh bites only to fine a bone in wing in the box and bite into a bone hidden within a seemingly safe boneless thigh bite. Finally, my spirits crushed, I gave up on dinner.
Nov 27th I ordered a combo meal of like 30 something wings and a large order of seasoned corn. 8 boneless, the red bone in and 3 different flavors... We got ALL boneless and it was half plain and have BBQ?? And no seasoned corn.. We live 20min away it was my mistake to expect them to do a correct job. I called and was told that the ticket was out in the wrong bag so most likely someone else got our order we were told $39.20 would be refunded to us after calling them about 5x... Here we are almost 2 months later and STILL NO REFUND. We spoke to the manager Michelle and she said that she would tell the owner and that he was going to do it (nothing yet) my wife called again upset and spoke to some lady and my wife told her we would leave a bad review of this doesn't get solved... Her response? "it doesn't matter, the owner has many other wing stops" my wife threatened to speak to the Better Business Bureau and her response "I don't think that will matter" it's only 39.20 but it's the principle of it. Do right by your mistake...
Worse Wingstop I’ve ever been to. Horrible costumer service, mediocre wings, staff has an attitude. Don’t waste your money here.
