Crew were super understaffed or overwhelmed to say the least. They were doing their best still such great attitudes, pleasant customer service. Just alot of customers to deal with. Handled it like Champs tho!
Staff is consistently ignorant and ignored customers waiting in line. Just had them take my friends order and totally ignore me while I stood there even though we approached together and by the time they even acknowledged me existing my friend had already gotten his food. Someone need to train the manager to finish one task before starting 3 others and not to outright ignore people that are clearly together and making us wait for no reason. Came here at least 2 times a week but will go somewhere else after this.
Horrible service. Nobody answers the phone and wants to talk to you. Lady shoved my food out the window without acknowledging me, while talking to a guy inside about a party she went to. I only was given fries and ketchup..they forgot my burger and my nuggets! When I tried to get her attention she scoffed at me and said go inside if I have a problem.Ridiculous. Do not go here.I’ve ordered on door dash as well and they forget to package food.
There's an older lady who works the register here and she's an absolute treasure. At this Wendy's, the food is always hot and served pretty quickly, and your order is always correct. It's an updated store as well, so nice decor and one of those Coca Cola Mix machines.
Wendy's is my most favorite fast food. It's always good! The burgers are my favorite and the frostys' are the best!!! My grandbabies love the chicken nuggets and I can recognize them as real chicken!
The best service ever! Aya is kind and always, I mean always happy and willing to accommodate customers, love to eat here, chilli always fresh, salad crunchy and fries just perfect! The best of all is the friendly staff!
Great customer service! Everyone was so kind and talked with a smile on their face. I had stopped here on my way home from work after a rough day I figured I’d treat myself with a frosty and a 4 for 4 it was so nice to be treated kindly, ending my day long on a good note. Not to mention the fast service, I pulled up to the drive thru to order and was greeted very nicely by the owner, ordered my food and had it within minutes. Very good too!
Newer building. They got my sandwich order a little wrong but still was delicious.
They’ve been understaffed for a while , not for a lack of trying but they’re always very nice and working hard . I went there the other night about an hour before closing and my god did they have their hands full . I ended up waiting almost an hour in line but I know that they were trying their hardest . Fast food is not an easy job , especially when your understaffed and the only place open at that hour. Kudos to the manager , he works his butt off and is always very kind. He tries his best with the cards he was given
Good food and fast. Nice professional people work there. I liked going there on a regular basis.
