First of all the waitresses Emily and Arianna are both amazing! All the staff is amazing but I’ve only had personal encounters with the 2 of them. It’s a very inviting environment and amazing food and customer service! Also for the people complaining, y’all need to get over y’all selfs…it’s Waffle House not fine dining. I LOVE THIS WAFFLE HOUSE!!!
Great experience! Abbie was a great waitress and the cooks were also awesome! Bathrooms were very clean as well. They were all very kind! I know I would be grateful to have good workers like them.
Waffle House on 85 in Frederick MD.Service was good food was good.Asked for another cup of coffee. Was 1st told pot was empty and it would take time to make another. I said that's OK I'll wait for the coffee. Pot is in site of me. Finished my meal and was told they couldn't get the pot to work, yet no one went near it. ??????As I was leaving they started another pot of coffee!Is Waffle House limiting the amount of coffee per purchase now?
Please forgive me if I misspelled your name!I've been eating waffle house for almost 20 years.Arianna** is the best Waffle House employee I've ever had the please of interacting with. She's bright and bubbly, and very hospitable. She deserves a raise and recognition for the amazing job she does.
You don't go to waffle House for the service. You go for decent pricing and quality of the food. As Meat Loaf said, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
The service was excellent, waiter was courteous and kind the chef did an excellent job preparing our meals. And the icing on the cake is that there was one customer in the restaurant who left shortly after we came in when we got ready to pay for our meal the waiter informed us that the customer had paid for our meal. This really inspired me to see that there are still good honest people in the world today.
Carry-out only after midnight. I was driving through the night during a heavy downpour and I just needed a little breakfast and a chance to get out of the car for a while. A Waffle House is usually perfect for this but unfortunately I apparently stumbled across the one Waffle House who had one employee on shift and therefore was only doing carry-out at 1am.
Extremely fast and polite service. Food came out very fast. When staff wasn’t cooking, they were cleaning.Always very satisfied when I come here.
Food was good but our waitress ( Brandy) did not pay attention and got the order wrong. I'm not one to complain so I ate what I was brought but it should have gone back. She talked and played around to much and even the order didn't go in right away then got it wrong. We probably won't try this waffle house again.
Abbie and Heather were very hospitable and made us feel at home. We had a wonderful time and are glad we stopped by. We will definitely return and also suggest that others do the same.
