I had bacon ,eggs, and cheese on toast, and everything was cooked to perfection. Also I had a delicious waffle. The service was excellent and would definitely recommend.

I experienced the absolute best customer service this morning! I witnessed an operations leader, Laura on the front line with her team cooking and taking orders. She was positive with her team and was communicating with her customers. Even though they may have been short staffed and training others she made it looks seamless.Ashley was an amazing waitress and watching her training another teammate was great!Great job!
What of the BEST places to eat ANYTIME BREAKFAST. The service is ALWAYS DOPE. Food is always cooked to order and delicious. This night crew were very friendly, helpful, and fast.
Everytime we're driving anywhere near Frederick, we make a point of coming to this waffle house. The staff are always super nice and get our orders exactly right and bring them quickly.Our eldest son (4) calls this "our" waffle house, even though we live an hour away.I think it's the best WH in MD.
They were closed at 2:22 pm for carry out orders only and were not answering their phone. The other location owned by the same owner was also closed for dining in. Both were fully staffed. This location had one other customer and 6 workers behind the counter mostly just standing around with dirty plates all around them. Lots of restaurants are short staffed but they don’t turn paying customers away.
If I could give this store zero stars, I most certainly would. The service we had around 12pm on 3/10/22, was the absolute worst at any restaurant in my 51 years!! The server slammed everything we ordered or asked for on the table. She sat across from us the entire time on her personal cell phone, speaking very loud and inappropriate. She never checked on us after we received our food and treated us like we were interrupting her while she chatted and ate her lunch. She witnessed us stirring our coffee with our knives and my daughter ordered grits- no spoon was given or even offered. The food was cold and not cooked properly. No manager in sight either. I don't normally write reviews but this was a HORRIBLE experience and that particular server does not belong in the customer service industry in any manner whatsoever!!
Pulled in the parking lot at 9:45 and no one was dining but the one server working saw me pull in and walked to the entry door and locked it. So much for 24 hours Waffle House.
Take out service was prompt and accurate. People went out of there way to double and triple check the order with me, and all very friendly. 10 minutes after ordering I was leaving with my food.
I'll be honest up front. I basically always like Waffle House and appreciate it for exactly what it is. My most recent was honestly perfect. The food was served hot and exactly as we ordered. The bacon was crispy and flavorful, just as I expect from them. The restaurant was clean and our service was super friendly, attentive, and kept my coffee cup full.This location had this sign posted, which I thought was a great way to support their employees and put a friendly reminder out there to customers.
