I just had to post a review after seeing the 1 star review from another customer. My experience could not have been better. My emails were promptly responded to. Customer service on the phone was amazing and I received my tea less than 48 hours later and I live out of state. Currently enjoying my Honey Ginger green tea, which I love! Thank you Voila. I couldn't recommend you, your store and your teas more.

Love this place! If you like tea, then this is the place to go! I was at a tea party recently and had this "blue eyes tea". So I've been on a search. I checked online and found a few tea shops in Frederick but each place turned me away and was not helpful. However, when I called Voila! and spoke with the owner, Mike, he was very helpful. He did not have the tea that I was looking for but was able to find something very similar! There is a huge selection of teas! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me when I spoke to him. I definitely recommend this place!
