Quality ingredients and the attention to detail at the Pham are wonderful! The whole family loves this place.
A smaller establishment but don't let that turn you away. The chicken wings and pho are both amazing and well made. Our server was attentive and we got our food relatively quickly. Highly recommend. It also seemed very popular for takeaway, because we saw probably 4 to 5 people come in specifically for order pick up.
I like the food at the Pham. Everything tastes more homemade than restaurant quality. All may not be perfect but familiar. I also like that their dipping sauces are not watered down.If I may change anything about my order, I would order more sauce. I ran out of my 1 once hoisin and 1 once sriracha sauce before finishing the soup. Make sure you get extra.
I have not been lucky enough to be at the restaurant, BUT the food truck is FANTASTIC! Every time I work at Waredaca Brewery, I look forward to having the Pham be there! The Pho, is to die for. it's so delicious and filling. Even leftovers they are still good. Noodles don't breakup or fall apart, it's just that perfect. Let's not forget their spin on Vietnamese sandwiches! Those are a coveted favorite for all of us who work at the brewery. Bread is fluffy yet had a nice crisp to it. No matter what protein you choose, they are all delicious!
Food was great. Had the grilled chicken tacos. You get 2 tacos but only one was pictured. Large fulfilling servings and quite flavorful. My only 2 complaints is that it was too quiet and the service was a bit slow.
It’s been a awhile since I had good authentic Vietnamese food. Pho was the best I’ve ever had in awhile here in Frederick. Broth is clear and flavorful, I definitely found the perfect pho place in town. Didn’t get a picture though, finished the pho in just a few mins. The chef specials did not disappoint either. Try it out for yourself, you won’t regret it :)
Completely overpriced, I was hoping the flavor would account for the nearly %20 higher price ( compared to nearby pho places ) but it was a plain pho soup, the serving was probably half what it is at other restaurants. Complete ripoff. The shrimp and pork fried rice had “2” shrimps and no pork, I guess they do charge close to $15 for the extreme amount of pepper they add to the rice to assimilate good flavor. Also it took close to 40 minutes on a Monday when it was not busy to pick up the food. Do yourself a favor and try a different place with better value
