Wonderful selection of dried artisan pasta and sauces in shapes and flavors you will not see anywhere else. Purchased a jar of bacon alfredo, a half of lemon parsley muffledine (?) and a squid ink noodle that I tossed with a light cream, butter and garlic sauce. Tonight is their squid ink pasta with squid in ink. Have been obsessed with the lavender fettuccine-- which I didn't get my first visit-- for months. Will be back to pick some up!Great for gifts. Or for yourself, because you're a grownup and deserve better than The Blue Box.Note: February they are closed M-W because business is typically slow.

So many options, but I chose lemon garlic linguine from my first (but no way last) visit! Perfect balance to taste the blend of these 2 distinct and strong flavors. Can't wait to go back!
This is the lemon chive pasta we got at the Pasta Palette, and I think I am going to need another trip up to Frederick for more! The flavor and texture of this pasta is perfect. I need to try more of their flavors…this was a winner!
Amazing pasta and amazing service! I got the Italian Pesto Blend! Just while cooking it i could smell the flavors of the pasta in the pasta water! I threw in some spinach and bell peppers and i also bought their Creamy parmesan sauce. Loved it.
