Excellent food! The flavors were just right for me, and my family loved it as well. I liked the neat presentation of the appetizers as well. Wait staff are friendly, but the restaurant does get extremely crowded at peak times!
Consistently underwhelming. The food is average but the service is worse. I have been going there for years and I forgot why I rarely go there until I do it again and I'm reminded. The food is inconsistent and the service from the managers when they consistently do not deliver all of the items I paid for is extremely poor. All I wanted is for them to send me what I paid for. Consistently they don't. Not going there again when there are far better choices in Frederick for truly authentic Thai food.
I've been here several times and had delivery via a secondary service. It is rare I get the order as placed. When I call to explain the missing items (there is always a missing item), they blame it on the delivery service and are rude about it. Plus, there are other Thai restaurants in Frederick (My Thai and Kittiwat) that have far superior food and service. My Thai's service is wonderful and Kittiwat has consistent spiciness. I'm done giving Sumitta a chance to serve me incorrectly and rudely.
Nice place with very good ambiance. Food is good, we have been here few time and never disappointed with taste and quality of food here. They would arrange outdoor seating mostly in summer. Alcoholic beverages are available as well. No outdoor food and drink is allowed. We like their appetizer and dessert.
Absolutely delicious food. One of my favorite restaurants in Frederick downtown. The seasonal mango curry was delicious. The taste never went wrong here and All the dishes are good.
We have eaten here many times, but the last few times, it seems to be slipping in quality. Tonight, one bite of the special, honey chicken, and I had to send it back. It was dried chicken nuggets covered in sauce. It was terrible. It was replaced with pineapple rice, which was tasty, but it took over 30 minutes to get it, and my hubby was long finished his meal. We capped it off with our favorite mango sticky rice, and it was not near the quality we were used to. No cream and not cut nicely or plated well as prior. I was totally disappointed, and it was my birthday dinner.
Had a great date night here tonight! Our server Tina was so nice and helpful. We got some of the strawberry milk and strawberry fizzy tea to drink, which would be great for young kids/teens, and anyone who has a sweet tooth. We also got the veggie curry puffs, and pad thai. Everything was delicious!
Loved our lunch specials here while in town. Great vegan options and the employees were super kind. Highly recommend.
Love this place! The staff is mega friendly and the food has never disappointed. The fresh rolls and Thai iced teas are my absolute favorites.
Before COVID, I used to pickup from here on the way back from work and food was yummy and flavorful. After COVID, went today 1/2/22 and picked up chicken basil fried rice ( KOW PAD KA PRAO - Menu description:-Spicy fried rice with basil, fresh chili,garlic, bell pepper, onion. I REGRET IT. ? NO flavor at all. The box was filled with almost plain rice that was really hard,dry with , 4 piecs of chicken few slices of red pepper ,no onions,no basil, no hint of fresh chili or garlic. Will never visit again.
