Check your receipts and bank statements when shopping here... The owner of this franchise stole money out of my bank account by adding unauthorized tips after I paid with a card. When I came to realize this, I emailed him to try to get this settled out and was met with a very unsettling and suspicious response, leading me to believe he has done this to others and will continue. Always get a receipt when paying with a card!!!

Terrible customer service. With no customers in line, nor waiting to sit down, I waited for my oil change and grabbed a sub. The woman cleaning the dining area told me to “move, I cleaning here”. As I stood up for her to sweep under the table, she proceeded to tell me to “move”. When I sat back down, she said to me “you’re not buying anything anymore”. Not knowing I am in fact bilingual, she and her manager both, made jokes out of the situation & thought it was hilarious. Although I love subway, I’ll never put money in the hands of someone so disrespectful again.
Ordered online and arrived 20 minutes later to find they didn't print the order yet - had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make it. It shouldn't take 40 minutes to make one sandwich.
Last few times I got subs they were not right and one time they forgot the meat ! Go to Jersey Mike's if you want great subs
