The quality of food and drinks is just ok. The customer service is just completely absent, everyone who works there make you feel unwelcome.All I can say is I’m stuck with this place since it’s literally right down the road from me, I’ll just stick to ordering ahead to avoid the pretentious employees. Let’s hope they don’t mess with peoples orders…

amazing and fast service, extremely nice baristas and wonderful atmosphere

This location is awesome! Natalie is amazing, every single encounter with her is such a pleasure. Her politeness and charismatic personality is so refreshing. I always leave (via drive thru or in-store) smiling twice as much.

The store was out of a lot but it wasn’t their fault. What brought the review down was one barista, Nadia. She failed to inform the baristas at the registers that they were out of multiple items, including cream cheese for the bagels. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese for my friend and paid. Nadia brought the bagel and, with an attitude like I was supposed to know that they didn’t have cream cheese, said they were out of it. I was like “shit I wouldn’t have ordered this if I had known” since my friend has autism and refuses to eat bagels without spread. I asked for butter and she rolled her eyes, walked away, and came back with everyone else’s orders, never gave me butter, and glared at me every time she came around. I ended up just leaving the bagel and going to McDonald’s to order something for my friend that they would actually eat.Some may think I’m being petty, but I’m a barista myself, the way she was acting is not how Starbucks baristas are supposed to act.

This specific location used to be the best . I think COVID brought this place down to its lowest breaking point and they are still trying to swim above the water. The manager of this location yelled at my wife to not touch her. My wife accidentally bumped her arm while trying to grab a napkin. I feel like that situation should have been handled a lot differently . A store manager should not yell at a customer who accidentally bumped there arm trying to get a napkin. The world we live in now is insane . That is not the only problem we have ever run into. The drinks are consistently badly made and the lines through the drive thru at one point were almost 30 minutes long. Now the line is always empty . It goes to show people always remember how you treated them in the worst time and blamed COVID. I really hope this Starbucks can get their act together.

Nice environment coffees and select foods are top quality employees are fast and up to par they even challenge you to try to brake them with your order but I've tried you can there fast

Always friendly baristas, they do get busy in the morning, but do their best to get drinks out quickly!

Getting home and go to eat and see this. The egg bites are not on that paper tray. Then when I take them out to put on a plate, you can see how the one looks. If you received this, would you be totally fine with it?

Great people and excellent service. Starbuck's excellence is obvious here. Location and delivery driver support is fantastic. My customers are always pleased with the food and packaging from this location. I get many long distance deliveries requested from these people. They've got to be doing something right.

They have a store full of new people who Have no clue as to what they are doing or how to answer a question I bought a cup and I didn't see The one that I liked better there was a $5 price difference I asked if I could exchange the cups and I got what I don't know I would have to ask my manager I don't know just walk away this way horrible horrible customer service barba customer service the place is very busy they only have 1 register open The boss should not have left the store to the insane asylum
