I love this store and all its employees!!! Honestly it’s the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to!
Treated way better here than at the other location on Buckeystown Pike. This location makes the freshest coffee and lattes. I would highly recommend this over the other location any day . This Starbucks also never has a long line .
Somehow they mixed my name up with a name they just desired to use so whenever said name was called for the order I had payed no attention because wasn’t the name I had given, my drinks sat in-front of me while the whole breakfast rush went on people coming in-front of me and leaving and coming and leaving. Maybe took close 15 minutes before a staff member came out showed me my drinks with the wrong name on the drinks and served me those drinks that had been on the counter for near 15 minutes. mean while I have my pregnant girlfriend in the car waiting for me telling me she has seen a lot of people go in and come out but me! Then I finally came out with watered down coffees, ironically I don’t go a lot because price but this time it was service and quality was poor the product wasn’t superior to competitors friendly reminder why I will not be revisiting
I don't understand, but whenever I go to buy a large drink, they never has long straws that's so sad...

Such a cozy Starbucks. Staff was really helpful.... I got there after 9 and needed a pick me up (30 minutes left till my destination) Staff member gave me exactly what I wanted and was so yummy. (Grande caramel creme Brule) Thank you!
This location always has great customer service and smiles all around ! Everything I come I get such a pleasant experience. They are such a good stop.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have lived in Frederick for 3 years and this is the closest Starbucks to my house. I go at least 2-3 times a week. This Starbucks does a horrible job in all aspects. Drinks are made wrong, orders are missed and they “can’t find them”, staff could care less that you are waiting 10 min past your quoted pick up time. I understand being busy but this place is constantly slammed, and the staff do not know how to manage the volume. They clearly need better management. My drink constantly is over filled and leaks out the top. I literally order a grande coffee and they will find a way to mess it up. I see 3 baristas standing around doing nothing while 2 are actually making the coffees. They need to step up their game. Take this as a warning and go somewhere else don’t waste your time standing around for a drink that is made incorrectly.
