Waited for someone to acknowledge me for 15 minutes for a pick up order, watched the girl working the register ignore another customer for minutes, when I finally was acknowledged and it turned out my order was not in the pick up area as I was told it would be in the app I attempted to raise my concern over being totally ignored for 15 minutes and the cashier talked back to me and acted like it was my fault no one could be bothered to ask if I need help. Absolutely trash service from workers who clearly dont care. Go to the starbucks on 26 they always ask you if you need help immediately and always have your orders in the correct pick up area.
It was close to closing time the staff was friendly and helpful but the coffee was lukewarm at best It was the worst Starbucks coffee I have ever gotten They get 3 stars instead of one Because of the staff
Same pricey coffee, but when in rush you can mobile order. Would have preferred Frederick Coffee.

This company is so over rated. Their prices have gotten out of control but these wealthy people hooked on the caffeine keep buying it but it makes it hard on people who don't have all the money to spend on a coffee
Got coffee with cream. Polite and friendly staff. They remembered me and said hi by my name.
