Chai Tea Latte - Chai originally means Tea (Black tea with or without milk). When you say Chai Tea, did you mean blended with specific spices like cardamom, ginger, clove, cinnamon etc., which then is called Masala Chai and to add to the fun you have the word 'Tea' accompanying it for whatever reason with milk in it (Latte). Chai Tea Latte is surely not meant to read as 'Tea Tea in Milk'. I am sure my explanation is not as confusing as when you read Chai Tea Latte.Anyways, Chai Tea Latte is not a product that anyone new to drinking tea should taste and get used to, because it is trying to mimic some beverage but surely not Chai or Masala Chai. The change needs to begin with the name itself!
Parking is terrible and once I actually got to the store my grande is more like a tall with a cup of foam AND the white chocolate mocha tastes like sewer water. Throwing it in the trash. I will never visit this location again.
Always friendly, the staff and management are on point. Starbucks downtown is a wonderful business for the community!
If you have discerning taste, there are Illy and Julius Meinl coffee being served at neighboring coffee shops.
I've passed this location many times. Never went in, until this past Saturday. Best thing I could've done. Just wanted a simple coffee to pick me up. Staff was very friendly. I was amazed of the square footage. Plenty of seating. Restroom was very clean. I sat in the rear to discover their was also a patio outside. And lastly, music was very nice. One of the nicest Starbucks I've been to. ?

love this starbucks, everyone is friendly and even on busy days, it goes quick. 10/10 we go here everytime we shop downtown plus the outside is just too cute
Good coffee. Right across the street from work. The lines always move fast. Awesome, friendly employees.
You could improve by not saying I follow you when I have NEVER been to a Starbucks in my life.
