I've maintained gold level membership for 12-13 years. Moving from Alexandria, VA to Frederick, MD has been quite an adjustment. Something I refuse to adjust my standards to is the lack of quality of my coffee. This location has repeatedly disappointed and used either bad ingredients or made the drink with the wrong ingredients and it's lead to my caramel machiattos tasting like spoiled milk. And when it's not the coffee it's the customer service. Today 6/23/22 at about 7am I was as polite as humanly possible despite minor provocations. I gave a polite and courteous greeting in response to the greeting I recieved. I always say please and thank you and can I get. I'm not demanding or rude. I adjusted my order due to the supply chain issues and made no issue of it. I order a venti caramel machiatto with a lemon loaf. I forgot to order my venti pike roast plain black coffee. I muttered to myself and broke out my phone to quickly fix the error figuring it's very simple and shouldn't be an issue. It's like 6:55am and I'm barely awake. When I get to the window while paying I mentioned that I also have a plain black coffee for drive through. What should have been a simple got it and let me check on that as well considering my machiatto wasn't even ready yet she returned with the balls to make a statement with no friendly dialogue whatsoever of telling me to inform them at the menu ordering thing next time. I debated responding and decided against it but it did not sit well with me. Was ready to let it go and proceed with my day. Once I got home I lifted my machiatto carefully and the lid immediately popped off. I've seen tik tok videos where barista's joke about doing that to rude customers and it really irked me. It could have been a fluke but who knows. I proceed with fixing the lid and gently lifting it out to stir and then finally take a sip only to realize the drink was bad. I used to look forward to my starbucks in the mornings but if this is the best starbucks can offer now I'm done, I've had enough. I'll find a new coffee spot if starbucks can't get it's act together. I'm not paying $6-$7 for poorly made coffee and to be patronized. She said it nicely but it wasn't kind and I sensed the irritation. And I'm not going to sit in the drive through and feel the need to over explain something that frankly didn't need to be addressed as my order wasn't even ready and it caused zero delays! Wasn't even busy! There was literally only 1 car that ended up pulling up behind me. And only 2 people sitting at a table outside.

I was in the drive thru there was only 4 cars in front of me and I waited exactly 43 minutes to get my drink. It took them about 10 minutes for each car to get their item. When I got to the front to pay the person at the drive thru left the window and I saw my drink just sitting there ready but he did not give me the drink.. I was sitting at the window for 7 minutes after I paid already waiting for him to give me my drink that was already prepared!!! And was just sitting there! He was busy talking, worse experience ever at starbucks!!!!! Not worth it at all

No complaints on the drinks or service, but it’s got to have the filthiest floors, chairs and walls I’ve ever seen, regardless of the day and time, and I’ve been enough separate times it’s not for lack of staff. I can’t understand why management doesn’t ensure the place is clean. Same spills on the wall for over a month, employees are leaning doing nothing, meanwhile every inch of the the seating area is covered in something, it’s gross. Will upgrade to a 5 if someone godforbid picks up a rag or broom or something. Just left again and there are seven employees, four of which are literally doing nothing, customers getting up to leave and every table covered in yuck.

Staff are always pleasant. And food and drinks always good. And look at the pic. Left is from Urbana the other day, the iced brown sugar espresso drink. On the right, from Rt26 location this morning. You literally see the difference. Rt26 performs so much better.

Staff very friendly and extremely efficient. Drive thru tends to be busy at typical rush hour times but keeps moving pretty well. I tend to avoid this location though as who ever planned the entry to this shopping center was clueless. I thought it was just me but everyone I speak to about this states the same as I do - there are too many lanes of traffic having to compete to get in and out which makes it stressful. I dread to think what will happen when they add more stores to this center.

Once you get past the prices for this franchise, the people at this location are very friendly and helpful. Service was correct and fast.

Great service. Always busy. Parking lot not the best but service always on point.

The staff at this location are always super friendly. Their drive thru is usually pretty quick. I've only had 1 drink not come out correct and they were quick to make it right. Lots of space to spread out and get work done. Staff wears masks (and most people coming in, do too).
