brought my family for dinner at this location. the whole thing was a huge disappointment. we finally left without getting part of the order even though we paid in full. I'm sure the person who owns this franchise makes enough money. they can afford to lose business.
This is literally thee worst Sonic I've ever been to yet I keep coming back to try to give them a chance, and each time it gets worse and worse. Save your time and save your money. Go elsewhere. The drive up menus never work, half the time your order is wrong, or their credit card machine is broken. Not to mention the app barely works at this one because their system is always down. Hot dogs are burnt and buns are hard. In all honesty, it seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers. I don't understand how this particular Sonic is still in business.
I was extremely disappointed when I pulled up to the drive through and got greeted with a “Hi” and nothing else. I was very confused. She was the most disrespectful employee I have ever dealt with. Thankfully when I pulled up to the window the young lady there was very sweet and apologized for the wait. Something needs to be done with that girl taking the orders she should not have a job at all!
I used the app and the pull in areas were closed.I had to use the drive thruwhen told to pull up the window help did not know my order.and my cheese fries were upside down in the bag all the fries went to one corner and stuck to the bag and container.also I frkt the fries were under cooked and slightly still raw or soft, could have been crisper.
Went through drive threw ordered everything was great we got all the food we ordered (4 mealsfor 4 people) got to the window, still going great... ask for ketchup. Told there was ketchup barbecue sauce and mints in the bag for us. Pulled off to see we had 3 ketchup and 1 BBQ sauce packet. When my husband asked for more ketchup EVERYTHING WAS STILL FINE... until she brought him one single packet of BBQ sauce locked the door and turned away. He asked for ketchup packets. She handed him one single packet of BBQ sauce.
The female running the drive through (Carhop: Chloe) needs to find another job that doesn’t involve customer service. Asked a simple question and she acted like it was in inconvenience. Not cute. Get over yourself.
I would give a 0 for my experience today. Waited 15 mins in line to later find that my milkshake had gone bad. The milk was rotten, and of course I noticed after taking a big sip. Thanks for nothing
I've only been to 3 Maryland sonics. Hagerstown and Ellicott City Sonics were excellent. Frederick is definitely not up to standards. #1 I did not like the employee attitude when I placed my orders (it took a lot of my energy not to respond negatively. The food was not hot but lukewarm. This is my second visit to that Frederick Sonic and both times I wasted my money.
Worse place ever! Been here 20 minutes. 1 person ahead of me with a $19 order. Bought a milkshake... no Whipped cream no cherries asked for both. Then was 100% completely ignored when trying to get them to fix it. Worst customer service I've had in a long time! Will not be going back
I see the reviews but I must say very short staff and everything was fresh. We ordered two bacon cheeseburger meals one with tots other with fries and a foot long chili cheese dog.
