Came in Sunday afternoon. It was pretty busy. Someone that works there let us know they would be right with us. We were sat. Lisa was our server. Everything was great! Food was good and came out in timely manner. Will definitely return.
Quality is lacking. Steak tasted like a pork chop and it was cooked pass well. Potato was hard in places, cocktail in small glass no appeal or presentation, needs an upgrade booths are beat up. I won't be back.
First time in a long time coming to this location. Just walked in no one in the front said hello out loud 5 times we saw waiters someone looked at us and walked to the back. That's when I looked to my wife and said there is a longhorn down the street. Greeted by 3 people moment we walk in thank you Longhorn.
Terence was a great server! He really took care of us in a prompt manner and really made our experience one of a kind!
Jen is the best! She always takes great care of her customers and provides great service! Ask for her when you go in! I would have posted pics, but the ribs were too good!
We had an amazing dinner at Ruby Tuesday! Our food was cooked perfectly and there was no wait time. Our server, Amy, was very pleasant and made the experience even better! We also loved the manager, Jessica! Cant wait to go back and enjoy another meal at Ruby Tuesday!

I had a craving for their spinach artichoke dip in a beer on my break for the night. It was as good as it always been in the chips are nice and warm nobody at the bar but that’s okay cause I need a quiet for a change will be back to check out the other bar food and eventually with the kids and family for dinner.
DO NOT COME HERE!! Had to wait a little over an hour for our food to get to us and we were one of the few people in the restaurant. Our waiter barely checked on us and didnt ask if we wanted refills. Then once we got food, there was long hairs in at least two of our meals. We complained, but the managaer never came to speak with us. And the worst for last, there was a cockroach in the salad bar....completely disgusted and will never come back here until something changes.
The salad bar is good, it hasn't changed much in the last 20 years and is probably what brings people in. On my last visit here I ordered the garden bar combo with 2 sliders. Nobody told me they did not have sliders anymore. They just took my order and then brought me out a kids cheesburger. When I stated that I had ordered the sliders they just matter of factly said yeah we dont have them anymore we are taking them off the menu so we are using the kids cheeseburger for now. Im not sure when communication started being so hard. If they would have told me the sliders were no longer available when I ordered and I would be getting a kids cheeseburger I would have ordered something else and probably something more expensive. Instead I had a flavorless disappointing entree and they have a 3 star review.
