I don't typically eat fast food but if and when I do I choose Roy Rogers. The roast beef sandwich is my favorite.
Fast and courteous service but my chicken sandwich had a bone in it ? pretty pricey too spent close to $12 on a meal with a sandwich I didn't eat.

Was really in the mood for a chicken sandwich. That was cured after the first bite.bdiscarded that.The fried chicken was fresh and the right amount of crispy on the skin and juicy meat. Probably some of the better friend chicken I have had in a long time.The fries were fresh and crisp. The usual side of old bay was available at the fixing bar. Lettuce, Tomato, onions were all fresh too.They don't have the newer soda machine we enjoy so much. But the classics were all available.Clean, well lit, friendly staff at the counter. Would definitely stop back in... But avoid the chicken sandwich.
Went there for lunch Went inside to order a take out order. The order wasn't right missing large french frys fixings and sauce. Not the first time having problems with orders. Doesn't matter if through the drive through or if go inside to order its not going to be right. Probably not going back.
First time out in Maryland, born and raised in MN, been all over the US. First time hearing about Roy Rogers, ordered two bacon cheeseburger combo with fries. Can honestly say one of the worst burgers I've ever had, they are pretty much on par with those hot and ready burgers at gas stations, very bland, not juicy and nothing on it. The fries were even more disappointing almost like it's been left overnight and refried. Avoid.
the employees at this branch are extremely kind and friendly, they have wonderful chocolate shakes, not too sweet, just perfect
Food was good but still requiring masks which is NOT required by local ordinance. I’ll come back when I can enter without a mask.
Their location in Frederick MD on Thomas Johnson Dr, served me some chicken that was not fresh as what was visible inside the glass.The chicken I received was so dried out there was no meat under the skin and the breast was not tender or chewable.Respectfully,
Seriously, a first-rate, fast food experience. The manager and front staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant, including the bathrooms, were extremely neat and well maintained. The restaurant itself look great, and the food matched the appearance. We had dinner and dessert and everything was fresh, cooked right, and very good. I have not been to a lot of Roy Rogers but this was easily one of the best experiences we have had in years and would recommend this particular one to anybody looking for an affordable meal for yourself or your family.
