Love the bacon, egg and cheese on sourdough bread. Good food at a good price and the drive thru attendant is always super friendly.

Horrible service. Had to go back several times before getting food order correct. So called manager Tristan gets defensive regarding error and staff definitely did not care.

I've complained about RR before, where my brownie sundaes have been forgotten, condiments have been wrong, etc. I swore off RR, but tonight with my sister driving home, I gave her three places over the phone for grabbing food with RR being one of them this time. Long story short, she gets home and eventually as we are getting the food out, she says, where is the ketchup?? It eventually clicks where I then notice and say, where is the tartar sauce?? (we both opted for the fish platter. and both of these were specifically requested at the drive-thru order board as I was on the other end of the phone when my sister was ordering.). They forgot these items, ugh! I was so looking forward to the fish with the tartar sauce. The food was decent I thought - but I am so frustrated that the same old reason I gave RR up before is still happening. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS AT ROY'S. I extremely rarely have this happen with other places and I get take-out a LOT.
It was ok...it used to be better.The coffee was awful and bitter..had to throw it away.
Very clean restaurant. We had good service and good, fresh food. The fried chicken, roast beef, and fries were great.

No fried chicken available at 5:30pm, 35 min wait so ordered sandwiches had to pull out of the drive thru and wait 5 min for a burger! Fries were hot but this was my last visit.
Not sure what happened but I've been coming to this place for 10 years and recently it's just not like it used to be. The service has slowly gone downhill in recent years and now it's to the point where the employees who interact with clients are downright terrible at their job. Also the food isn't as good as it used to be. In particular the buns are dry and hard and the roast beef is chewy.
