The order taker over the phone was so very helpful. Took less than an hour to be delivered. The Chicago deep dish pizza was amazing !! Perfectly crisp. The pasta we ordered was very good as well. Only reason it took the time it did to deliver is because they do the Chicago pizza made to order. If you are looking for Italian food definitely order from here
Ordered delivery straight from the restaurant and I was highly impressed on how they protected the deep dish. The way they covered prevented spillage. They were quick and you notice the quality ingredients as soon as you take your first bite. Excited to order again for our pizza nights.
We ordered 10 pizzas, 2 trays of wings and a tray Italian Salad and everything was absolutely delicious. Pizzas and wings hot, and salad was fresh and beautiful. Customer service top notch! A huge thank you to Dave and his staff for making our event successful!
As a Chicago native, I was excited to try this place. We got the Italian beefs, fries, a slice of pizza, and mild sauce. First, the sauce was terrible. Not even close to mild sauce. The fries were supposed to be a double order, but it was only a small bag. Pizza was good, but not Chicago style. Finally, the Italian beef was actually pretty good, but not good enough to outweigh everything else. I might be back to try the deep dish, but this trip just made me miss home even more.
First time here. Wanted to try the Chicago pizza and it did not disappoint! Absolutely excellent! Ordered online and was ready on time. Great cheese/sauce ratio and crispy crust. Best Chicago style I’ve had in this area. Will definitely be back!
One of the best pies I’ve had in a long time! The flavor combinations in the chicken pizza with the slices of tomato… so yummy. My friend even said - this is really good pizza!ha ha … I’m looking forward to having the left overs — ?.
Never again. Wanted to give a second chance but now I know why I stopped coming here 8 months ago.Called in a stuffed pizza at 1PM. They told me 30 min. I arrived at 1:30PM, and they had no idea where my order was. Looked at me like I was crazy. Then after a few minutes of searching, they find my order…only to show me the raw pizza that hadn’t even made its way to the oven yet.I had my toddlers sleeping in the car, so of course I couldn’t just WAIT another 20+ minutes! No urgency, no apology. The woman working just said, “so do you want it or not?”The worst customer service. Will never go back again. Spend $25 for a pizza at a place that actually appreciates their customers business.

Ordered a carry out margarita pizza, it was so good! Order was ready when I arrived and I added a piece of tiramisu for dessert. That was very delicious too!
Typically very good pizza with very good service. I live 2 blocks from the Frederick location. It took over an hour and 45 minutes for our 2 pizzas to be made. Over 30 minutes of that time was our pizza in transit. I called 3 times for updates to the order and after the second time I was told the driver was coming to our house I had enough time to drive 3 miles to burger King, get food for my kids (as it was now past 8), and still had time to wait q0 more minutes for the pizza to get there.Once the pizza finally got there all the cheese had coagulation and slid off the crusts.For paying premium prices we certainly didn't get premium service.
