I worked at Popeyes for 6 months and my managers never treated the customers as bad as the manager at this Popeyes. This manager has a terrible attitude, and most the managers always run front line so if you do not want to deal with this terrible manager plz go through the driveway. Managers name is Pamela
I love going there to buy chicken the food is awesome the red beans and rice and the coleslaw and a french fries the biscuit everything is fresh there and I love going there to eat there.
First timer. I ordered a 3 piece spicy chicken platter. 3 pieces of chicken, mac n cheese, beans and rice, and a buttermilk biscuit. Everything was fresh and delicious. The macaroni was crazy cheesy! I will be back!
Food and service is great most times, but I only get the 1/4 of shrimp and they are way too inconsistent with my portions, I feel like I’m being ripped off when I buy a quarter pound of shrimp and barely have enough to even be considered a snack let alone a meal. They constantly switch the box they give me and some employees have filled it and others will fill out less than half full, talking about its a 1/4 pound when I literally watch them eye it out. You need to figure out the portions and train your employees to serve the accurate portion sizes. Once you fix the portions or start to fill the box more so I don’t waste “7 dollars!!!!” I’ll fix my review but if I’m unhappy with the food I’m overall unhappy with the restaurant in full, so until this issue is addressed or fixed my review stays as is.
FASTEST FAST FOOD ANYWHERE!! USUALLY A LINE BUT NOT FROM SLOW SERVICE, ITS BECAUSE EVERYONE KNOWS THE SERVICE IS SUPER FAST AND THE FOOD IS GREAT!!!!
Whenever this location is busy, they mess up order. I've questioned before but today i was a little more annoyed by the error because person at drive thru insisted everything was there. I live out of area; of corse i should have known better. When i get home, i could tell i didnt get sides i ordered. Mthey refused to refund for missing items unless I went back to store. Manager said it was illegal to refund me. My daughter is sick with covid. I live 25 minutes away, wasting nearly hour total driving is huge expense for me and something I can just do. If I went back to store, I asked manager if they would provide a full refund for the extra time and expense (mind you, this drive is to correct thier error, not mine) and he refused. Lesson learned, never will I go here again.
always tasty and always quick service! I get surprised everytime when it comes out quick and is still delicious. the employees here are also very kind
Shockingly bad stringy chicken and the powdery shrimp were gross. What a disappointment for a usually decent franchise.
Food is okay but it might help to get someone to run the drive through that understands English a little better they got my order wrong the size wrong as well smh everything just went to terrible service and quality lately
