Never ever order delivery from this Papa John’s location. Waited almost 2 hours before canceling tonight’s order. They’re estimated delivery times must be at least doubled, and if you call to check you always get the same “we got a lot of orders at the same time and are running behind.” When their tracking app finally indicates that you order is “on the way,” the time to delivery, e.g., 8 minutes, doesn’t change for 10 minutes or more. Just be honest with me - if it’s going to take 2 hours to get me my pizza, don’t tell me 30 - 40 minutes, and don’t b_s_ me with excuses and false claims about the order’s progress.

Not a very happy customer, almost $30 for a pizza and it’s delivered like this.

The food is consistently well prepared and delightful, workers provides awesome customer service. I really like the cleanliness and vibes. I highly recommend this spot.

We had the best experience at this site tonight (9/6/19 830pm). We placed our order and waited the 20 min for our pizza. While waiting, an associate broke away from a busy Friday night to give my kids coloring books & crayons to occupy them while we wait. They weren’t even acting crazy, just standing there watching everyone working. Such a simple gesture but it made my kids night! Thank you so much!! The pizza and service were both great. You have an amazing staff at this site... keep it up!!!

Absolutely horrible encounter with the Buckeystown Pike location in Frederick, Maryland. I placed an order and was called soon after by “John.” As soon as I answered the phone, the first thing out of his mouth was, “Are you coming to get your pizza or not?” I said excuse me and he repeated, “Are you coming to get your pizza or not?“ I said who is this and he said “John.” I said yes we are on our way and he responded, “Well can you hurry, we’re trying to leave.“ I said you don’t need to be so rude and he hung up on me. I immediately called back and asked to speak to the manager. The manager just kept saying he was sorry, he was sorry, he was sorry. I told him that is not how you handle business and he mentioned that they weren’t even supposed to open today. I told him if that was the case, they should’ve let their customers know.
