The food was very good and the service was good too. A little "pricey" compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area. Great atmosphere.
Parking is great. Service is good and the restaurant decor is clean and pleasant. The food has no real flavor. Refried beans looked and tasted canned, guacamole no real flavor again -could have been sour cream but green and saltier. No pride in this cooking. Fajitas were mostly peppers and meat was cut really small but no fajita flavor. Enchiladas again average at best, meat flavorless. Boring food for a premium price.
I stopped here a few nights ago for dinner for the first time. This place recently openend. Such a great new place. The food is prepared correctyl and its quality. Great food. Street tacos and the fajita platter are on point. Great service. Very upbeat and happy. Sat down at the bar for dinner and drinks. The Don julio margaritas are strong. Eller is the man when it comes to bartending.
The food was decent but took a long time. The service was terrible, unfriendly staff and asked for two waters that never arrived. We were also surprised by charges on our bill - $3 for a bit of sour cream (never been charged for that at a Mexican place, it's always with the food; it's also nice to be told when you're charged for something) and the Michelada drink my husband ordered was a whopping $14. Paris prices for being far from everything. Never again.
I've been many times since their opening and have always had a good experience. We have recommended them many times to family and friends. This time was completely disappointing. The food was very bland and it was obvious my steak fajitas had been sitting around the kitchen for a while. They were cold and devoid of any juice or flavor. There were even raw onions piled under the rest of the vegetable like they didn't have enough for the order. The steak was leather tough. I left without eating 90% of it. We will give them another try and decide then whether they are worth patronizing and recommending in the future.
Waited 45 minutes for 3 hard Shell Tacos with ground beef thrown in. and 2 orders of Flan To Go. Should’ve been told Flan takes 45 min. My wife thought I went out for drinks. Lesson Learned Just cause the place is close, doesn’t mean it is Good. This plus 2 beers $36Not Bar Server’s fault, still gave her $11 tip

This place is amazing!! I had to call to make a reservation for 31 people (which is always a hard ask for restaurants) but the staff was perfect & accommodating. Everyone got their food and was very happy with their first or second experience with this place. Thank you so much to the kitchen staff & front of house. Y’all are amazing and I will be recommending people to you whenever I get the chance. 10000/10!!
A nice little gem in Frederick if you're craving for a Mexican food. Have a wide selection of menu, fast service and the food is good. Not expensive at all. The restaurant is also decorated with nice Mexican paintings and arts.
Parking can be tight but it's free. The wait was reasonable for a Saturday night. It was a full house. The food was good, nice portions. The carnitas were awesome. Salsa was also good. Husband liked the house margarita. We can be 'rita snobs. Prices were a bit inflated for Mexican food but what isn't these days. I would recommend. We have ordered carryout previously, it went smooth.
