I got a large stuffed crust that was terrible. I wanted the special advertised on tv but not available at the Rosemount location?The crust was barely cooked, no flavor, small amount of toppings.I wish I had taken a picture of the pizza before I reheated it.I grew up on Pizza Hut and haven’t had it in a while as it’s not convenient to get.I won’t be buying it again, DEFINITELY not the Pizza Hut from my childhood.Such a disappointment. No wonder they are closing in droves.
If I could post and give less than 1 star I would!! Do not go here. This place is the WORST!!! I have not used the in over 6 months so I went to give them another chance. Ordered online through their app , at that. Gave it half hour longer after expected arrival no food. Called store not once, not twice but 4 times before I got connected to someone to help me. Person would not give their name, was told my order was canceled as they do not allow for cash payment for delivery. I asked then why would the app allow me to order that way only for them to cancel. Person said” I don’t know, maybe because other stores do” I asked why was I not given a call to advise about the cancellation and was told again “ I don’t know odd right? “ if you want food I suggest Little Caesars they coat about the same and you get your food.
Whatever gentleman worked last night (1/24/22) was super helpful on the phone and in person. Good customer service is extremely rare these days so I was surprised to have such amazing service from a chain store.
The Stuffed crust pizza is some of the best pizza available in my opinion. Beteen the good food, quick delivery time and the reward points system Pizza Hut has taken a 50% share of my pizza business that was EXCLUSIVE to Dominoes for 30 years.
I ordered my pizza online and gave them around 1 hour 1/2, 5:30 pm for delivery. 6:00 came and no order. A little later I got a message from Dasher saying that the delivery is approaching. Went to the door and waited. Got another text with a picture of the delivery. It was not my address. At 6:30 went to Pizza Hut which is around a mile away. Did not get my pizza until around 7 pm. I saw where this Pizza Hut really busy that night. But to have my delivery go to someone else, that was too much.
The food was prepared fresh. Also the app messed up my order and when I returned the pizza to the restaurant and explained the situation, they replaced my pizza with no problem - great customer service!
Ordering was easy. My order was ready and delivered rather quickly. The food was hot (especially important) and delicious.

My pizza order was late several weeks ago right before a Girl Scout meeting. The manager and server knew that it would delay my meeting. The manager offered a credit for my next order! That is great service and is greatly appreciated!
Excellent service for delivery drivers and carryout customers! Food is kept hot ready for pickup. Friendly people!
