Excellent pizza! We ordered the Pepperoni lovers, large pan pizza with extra cheese and it looked/smelled and tasted just like the classic 90’s Pizza Hut we grew up with! It was the cherry on top for our pool party! 10/10

Wish I could give a - star. The pizza was cold and half raw. The cookie was burned. This will be the last time I order from Pizza hut.
Ordered for delivery, an hour and a half went by and never got the pizza. Called the store to ask what was up, manager said he would have another one sent fresh. Guess what…that one never showed up either. 2 hours of waiting for absolutely nothing
On top of not being able to pay for the order in cash for delivery i accepted what i was told on the phone by them finally was nice about it this time n gave in to paying with my debit card. Ordered a stuff crusted pizza peporoni n sausage. Stuffed crust was the only enjoyable part of the pizza. The rest of the pizza was cold n hard as a rock. What a large waste of food n time. Never again!
The worst. Do not expect your order to show up if you order delivery. Totally mismanaged store, can't get things right with corporate or in the app. Anything that arrives is ice cold and rotten.
I would give 0 stars if possible. After school earlier this week I decided to use a gift card I was given at this Pizza Hut. When I presented this valid gift card the manager on duty, possibly the most unpleasant person I've met in a long time, refused to honor it. He also asked me, very loudly and in front of others, "Where did you get this?" "Who gave this to you?" It was a standard Pizza Hut gift card. He told me that it expired already - it expires in 2030. Separate, being nasty and ignorant are bad traits, taken together they are horrible.To the owner, if you read this, this manager is doing you no favors. There are so many good employees there, but this one muppet certainly knows how to drive away business.
This was the worst pizza that I have ever received from Pizza Hut. I waited for a half an hour inside the facility and the cashier got mad because my pizza have been sitting out and no one told her when I got home and looked at the pizza it was very dry and cold there was no tomato sauce on the pizza and all the ingredients were dry and the crust was burnt I expect Pizza Hut to make this right where I will never order another Pizza from that organization thank you,Roy
If you are not going to accept cash for delivery, then remove the option from the app. Also, the thin and crispy had no flavor at all and the bread sticks tasted stale. Sorry, I have always loved Pizza hut, but after my experience last night it will be a looooong time before I consider ordering it again.
Ordering using the app was easy and the delivery was quick.
