This poor review is not a reflection of any store locations....it's the call center I order food they said my card didn't go through....they ran it twice and didn't go through...however my bank acct was charged twice...none of the local stores had an order for me....I will never order through you guys again
Took way longer than time shown and the tracking was not accurate at all it said it was ready and kept getting told wait 5 more minutes cause apparently it takes 20 minutes to cook it in the oven! A ton of employees but takes 4 times longer than it should to cook a pizza

After 3 experiences of 70-90 minute waits on delivery orders, I won’t be ordering from this location again. Despite the reasonable delivery estimates, I’ve never gotten an order that didn’t take at least twice as long to arrive than whatever the quoted delivery range was. Time of day and tipping ahead don’t seem to matter either. So, unless you like waiting upwards of 90 minutes to receive a cold, one topping pizza (even if the location is less than 5 miles away) - this location isn’t for you. Walking to pick it up would be faster and less frustrating.They even offered a free pizza after my last negative experience (rather than a refund) and despite being told it wouldn’t take more than 45 minutes to arrive/ I waited for an hour and 40 minutes and the driver still didn’t show. I ended up driving to the store myself and asked them to remake the order for what was now the 3rd time.The store wasn’t busy, there were two idle delivery drivers in store and no new orders came in while I was there so I really don’t know what their issue is.I will say that the manager on duty seemed genuinely apologetic, but that doesn’t change that fact that there are some serious and persistent issues with this location. (Monté/Monty) As a note to his effort, I do appreciate that my concerns were finally addressed in a way that led to resolution but there’s no reason 5/6 interactions should be so remarkably negative. Final thoughts? The manager seemed nice, so I hope he gets out of this role and into something better. This location? Save your time, money and patience and just go somewhere else. Like, literally anywhere. A giraffe riding a 2 inch bicycle could get a pizza delivered more quickly and without incident.
Really rock solid pizza and made exceptionally quick, offered me a deal after just asking for one. Very happy ?

Never ever order delivery from this Papa John’s location. Waited almost 2 hours before canceling tonight’s order. They’re estimated delivery times must be at least doubled, and if you call to check you always get the same “we got a lot of orders at the same time and are running behind.” When their tracking app finally indicates that you order is “on the way,” the time to delivery, e.g., 8 minutes, doesn’t change for 10 minutes or more. Just be honest with me - if it’s going to take 2 hours to get me my pizza, don’t tell me 30 - 40 minutes, and don’t b_s_ me with excuses and false claims about the order’s progress.
Okay place. Went a few times but I think I might be done. There was an email for papa johns that included the new free papa dia crusted parmasean. The manager was unprofessional and accused my bf of lying since he gad no idea what my bf was talking about. I was surprised he was the manager as the associate was more professional. Today we got a pepperoni and spinach pizza and there hardly any pepperoni on the entire pizza. I attached a photo. We figured maybe more toppings were under the cheese-- nope. Mainly a sauce and cheese pizza. I actually started going to little Ceasars. Not bad--especially for the price.
The staff at this location is courteous, friendly and fast. My orders are always accurate and ready right on time. I highly recommend this Papa John's. I have patronized it for years.
UPDATE: Manager called to make things right.Order delivery last night. Advertising 40-50 min delivery. Dasher show up 1.20 hrs. later. It is not his fault, it was the restaurant. I get the part of employees "shortage", trust me, I own a business so I know. But you need to manage that and keep your customers informed!! Change your timeline on the ad, don't lie to customers. It is a shame that there are no values anymore. I guess changing your CEO affected operations badly.
