My first time here today. Met with my sisters and service was very good. I'd cone again.
Not even sure what just happened we had cookies left out n called n Dee was not happy I’m sorry your employees left out cookies that’s not my problem to be honest I don’t even want them anymore there was no reason for the way a manager would speak to anyone the way she just did my call is recorded tho I will be in touch
If I could give NO STAR I would of. This was my first time at this location and it will be my LAST TIME. Customer service was at an all time low. I had to ask for a spoon for my soup and it was thrown at me. I didn't get my pickle with my sandwich. I spoke to the manager and she acted as if she as if she didn't even care. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and it only had like 6 noodles in it. Basically all broth. I will continue to go to the Panera bread over by party city the food is better and the customer service is outstanding ?. You all should be ashamed
All staff great, except kurt. bro burnt my sandwich so bad, i could not even eat it.
My rapid pick-up was fast, my order was right, and the food delicious.
Worst Panera ever!!!! Do not ever do a to go order cause they can’t read! They alway mess it up and forgot your sides every single thing time, if you customize anything they will ignore it!
Service has gone downhill. Curbside service complete joke like other location. 30+min wait curbside pick up, saw others get orders immediately. Asked girl bringing orders and she brings only half the order and shrugs & says no refund unless go into store speak to manager! So after wasting over 30 minutes waiting for incomplete order have to go inside?!! Done with Panera & cancelling coffee subscription.

My family eats here all the time however management has changed. The last 2 times we’ve ordered breakfast sandwiches the bacon was missing. The same manger was working when we’ve called and has basically called us liars and said we’re trying to get free food because we order from them all the time. This manager is extremely rude and treats customers that bring up issues like trash.
Good food actually! Panera is kind of a sleeper restaurant, I didn't realize it was still so good.
