Fresh bread. Lobster Roll lacked flavor, chicken noodles soup was good, Luke warm though, they just left the food out did not hear them call our number, need a better process.
Didn't get things right, but they bent over backwards to correct it quickly and make our experience as perfect as possible. In my mind that should merit a 5 star rating anywhere. Love Panera ... and you will toooo
This Panera is awfully filthy.Not just one area but the entire seating area. I can tell there is no attention to deep cleaning let alone regular. I mentioned to the manager on duty and he sent a coworker (which was very polite) to clean and she just wiped tables. The floors were left gross. The Flatbread is my usual and this location managed to hand me something I didn't recognize. The cheese was cold and not fully melted. I'm disappointed. I planned on working for a couple hours before meeting up with family and this overall experience is off putting. Panera usually offers a comfortable environment for me.
Apparently they don’t honor special instructions. I asked for something specifically in the instructions at the register and it wasn’t honored. I mentioned it to the lady who gave me my food and she gave me an attitude. Being nice and following requests goes a long way!
I love this Panera Bread. The service is fast. The employees are kind and courteous. I made a mistake once and they replaced it with no complaints. I will definitely keep coming to this location as long as the service stays remarkable.
Food was good, customer service below average. I CAN'T STAND THE TIP PROCESS. So I am supposed to TIP at the time of payment for me to pick up my order, carry to my DIRTY table, wipe it down, eat and then carry my dishes to a drop off kiosk. I think NOT!! Wake up people....
Kayla should be the manager! Absolutely best service I’ve ever had a Panera bread. coffee was at perfect temperature! Highly recommend subscription.
Panera is Frederick is always amazing. Even when things get messy they always fix it, they never question. My favorite is the bread bowls. I buy them in the bakery and just eat them
Older gentleman cashier was extremely rude. I love Panera and have been to locations all over. This is the first time anyone has ever made me feel unwelcome. It took several hours to shake off his rudeness. Surprised.
The only reason this location is getting ONE star is for the only woman attempting to keep up with the FILTH of this location (best of luck to her), and Lou the lovely gentleman who took our order. I'm giving negative stars for The chunk of MOLD floating in the soda machines drain that was the size of my sandwich. My mother and I struggled finding a clean table, so we settled for one that was just slightly covered in crumbs. The floors looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum in MONTHS. By far the nastiest I've ever seen a Panera.
