Got beef and broccoli with mushroom chicken and fried rice… 3 bits of beef and no chicken. Very upset.
The food did not look like what I expect to see when I walk in a Panda Express! My daughter and I ordered two plate-size meals today. I ordered double Orange Chicken and lo mien. The lo mien was so undercooked, I found it uneatable! The orange chicken was eatable but dry; it looked and seemed old. The staff was nice. We were greeted the second we walked in the door; we were offered condiments, etc. before leaving the restaurant.
I ordered my food 15 minutes before I got there on the app. When I arrived I waited another 10-15 minutes to finally get my order. No one acknowledged me when I first arrived to ask me about my to go order, I had to get someone’s attention and even after that it took almost 15 minutes to get it. In fact if I had got in the normal line as soon as I got there I would have got my food faster that when I got it. What is the point of ordering on the app when I still have to wait for it when I get there? That’s pointless and defeats the purpose of convenience.
I come here constantly and the food and staff are amazing-especially the cashier Joe who is there without fail every single time I go. Just an awesome, VERY upbeat and nice person. Amazing experience, must try the Honey Walnut Shrimp!
Meh.... So busy trying to stick to upselling. They just don't have their old groove. The food isn't near as good as it used to be. Disappointed
This location is always quick and very friendly. Even though there is usually a line, each employee is calm, efficient, and friendly as they get your food. Thanks for providing great customer service to Frederick!
This is a solid Panda, the food is always hot and I've seen the staff switch it out regularly. Normally I'd give 4 stars when comparing to other local Chinese restaurants, but for some reason the other options in Frederick are expensive; roughly. ($3-$5) more than for an Entre than nearby towns. Here I can get 2 large sides and 3 Entrees for $32. You can't beat that value when feeding a family.
Came an hour before closing on a Friday and they had nothing left besides black pepper beef and wouldn't make anything else. I saw 3 people and myself get turned down for food within 2 minutes
The line moved smoothly despite the long lines. The food was also amazing!
Great place for fast food chinese fix. No soup and spring rolls and egg rolls. Suppose the covid has something to do with that.
