My server was a women named Tayler and let me tell you. Best Dine In experience I've had since covid. This girl was on point without being overbearing, she was flexing and helping other servers. The food was amazing, beef melted in my mouth. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned and cared for in the back all the way to the table. Atmosphere was great, well lit, good ambient temperature, clean tables and silverware, bathrooms looked immaculate. I haven't gone out much recently but I will be going back here again soon
The waiting list online is not bad, we were able to get seated 15 minutes after arrival and after they cleared the hostes confusion.But, we were seated on a booth and were not allowed to have a high chair, the booster seat was very uncomfortable for our toddler and created a bad experience for our child.The food was good, that is the only reason I update it and give it 3 stars.
Great vegan options more non vegan options. Breadsticks are vegan as is the pasta and non meat sauce. Minestrone soup is also vegan.
Let me just start this off with: I would give Stephanie 10 stars if I could. ? She was overall absolutely exceptional and we were very lucky to have acquired her as our server.We are truly appreciative that you noticed us and went out of your way to make our experience as wonderful as it was for my early Mother's Day dinner out with my boys.What we ordered was delicious and for that I would give 5 stars. (I personally recommend the mushroom sauce! So good!)So, why 2 stars? This was the closest we have ever been to walking out of a restaurant before ordering when we noticed the waitress for our section was avoiding our table, even after we pressed the button requesting our server.Stephanie, you totally saved the day and really made our rare experience of going out to eat a positive one. I just wish we weren't unfortunate enough to be sandwiched between the tables whose waitress decided we weren't worth her time.
How often do you leave a restaurant excited about the idea of coming back again? My daughter and I can't wait to come back! We hadn't dined here for a few years until recently. I was really impressed by the efficiency of the staff! From the time we were seated to taking the last bite of our delicious meal took thirty-five minutes! The food was perfect! I don't know how they do it but we had plenty of time to go shopping after. I subtracted one star, however, because it took another twenty to get our check. The waitress was great, but we felt abandoned after we finished our meal. They had clean silverware which is big A+, highly recommended them!
Restaurant was neat and clean; music a bit loud. Four of us there for dinner. I ordered coffee- no coffee! Full-service restaurant- no coffee? My salmon entree was a small piece, overly done, too salty. Two others remarked about the saltiness of their entrees. Nothing really bad; just wasn't good value for the money.
Been here 3 times in the last few months. Food is decent. Service is god awful. Tonight was told 15 minute wait ended up being 30. Currently sitting at a table for 12 minutes without even being greeted. Ready to walk out. I wouldn’t recommend dining here but if you must, call in for take out.
I was there 1/22/22. Got the steak. Had to send it back had a bad taste like spoiled. Got a soda, Dr Pepper. Had to send it back tasted terrible. Not 1 person out of 4 liked there meals. Over the years their quality has sunk very low.The only good thing about this place is a decent salad although last night we couldn't even taste the dressing. Bread sticks used to be softer. They just aren't any good anymore. We won't be going back.
Boy, has this place changed for the worse! Our family frequents this restaurant, and used to enjoy the atmosphere and good food. Dined with a group of 6. The waitress did a decent job, and it didn't take long for the meals. Most of the meals were fair to good, but other things were unacceptable. The sirloin steak was tough, overcooked and small. The large portion of fries seemed to be trying to compensate for the steak's inadequacy. This family member left hungry. No coffee - waitress said the coffee machine has been down for months. What?? The bread and salad plates were dirty, and we sent them back. And the bread sticks were hard. Moreover, they sat all the guests in one area. If they are so concerned about the Omicron variant, as the hostess expressed her opinion as we were seated, why cram everyone into one room? And why cram a family of 6 into a booth? Won't be going back for a long time...
Ordered takeout tonight at 4:50 so my husband could pick it up on his way home. It was supposed to be ready at 5:15. Two different people asked for his name but neither came back. When the food was finally brought out at 5:35 it was clear it had been sitting around and wasn’t very hot anymore. He got home and unpacked it and found there were NO breadsticks in the bag either. The shrimp Alfredo was good though.
