The service here is amazing. Bryan the assistant manager is amazing and wants the best for his customers. Store was very clean as well.
We visit this location every now and again. A few weeks ago, we had a pleasant experience. Nick W. was very professional and pleasant. The food was good. Good customer service is very important, especially at a time like this.
Staff young and work in a trashy environment. The floor scattered with trash and plastic, boxes and lots of food spillage.We ate in and they never called or name as we saw many people come in and get their food before us.

Saw this place in the shopping center while I was in Frederick for work and was super excited to try it. It did not disappoint. I ordered the Korean beef noodles and substituted the beef with tofu. It was nothing short of amazing!!! It presented well and the flavors were awesome. Everything was made to order so it was super fresh and hot. This was my first time at a Noodles and company and I am super impressed. The restaurant was clean and the service was top notch!! A huge thank you to the manager Sam for being so kind! Great job Nathan and Victoria on excellent customer service. Thank you all.
