First visit. Great decor and we enjoyed the traditional Japanese music playing softly in the background. Felt like I was in Asia again. My wife enjoyed her Asian Seafood and I the Asian steak. The black pepper sauce was excellent. My wife never finishes her meal and always asks for a box for her leftovers. I always finish, but this time the portion was too much even for me and I needed a box. Very clean establishment with very prompt and pleasant service. We'll be back.
Got the shrimp pad Thai; it is absolutely horrible. As you can see in the picture the dish is absolutely flavorless and I believe they forgot to add the sauce all together. I’ve been in the past and it is clear that ever since covid the quality of food here has drastically declined. I would not recommend eating here, try Thaimeric down the street; much better quality and flavor.
I have gotten take out food 3 times, and 3 different items. Each time it has been bland. No flavor and no variety in vegetables. How can Kung Pao chicken be bland? Also, I observed an older couple who arrived at 8:30 pm, being very rudely told "We close at 9:00!" What are you trying to say? That you will throw them out?
The food was very good my daughter didn't like something they took it back for free and gave her what she wanted the food was very good the service was excellent highly recommend them
Dine in on a Friday night with 7 PM reservations. We were right on time. It took half an hour before a server took our food order. From that point on service was excellent, food superbly done and portions quite generous. The restaurant was packed perhaps we were simply overlooked. I would absolutely return.
We just had a great experience at Modern Asia. Food was great,service awesome. It looks like a woman run business. This will be our go to for Asian food.
Ordered 15 minutes before pick up time. Waited 45 minutes for food. Very disappointed!
Gorgeous decor, very comfortable and friendly service. Hot towels. Huge portions and very extensive menu of Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese dishes. Tastes good. The place was packed with people waiting to get seated and lots of take out orders.
We were in town for the weekend and craving Chinese. We reviewed other reviews and were impressed with pictures of the crispy shredded chicken. We also ordered the Spicy Mango Shrimp as well, carry out. The crispy shredded chicken was amazing!! We also enjoyed the shrimp (although the tails were on!!). We will definitely be back!! Highly recommended.
I ordered pick up, chicken schezwan style and fish filet black bean sauce. Food was ok, but quantity was good for the price. Haven't tried the dine-in but place looks good.
