They mess up on my orders over and over again. The staff are rude. I ordered a McDouble. It only has one patty. It must be hidden! Never fills the fries.
9:00 p.m - 9:15 p.m 7/17/22Not too sure how you can mess up someone’s order. Not only was it shown on the board of the drive thru, but the order was then repeated and given a total to be paid at the second window.I arrive at the second window and I quickly pay. To end up paying for an order that wasn’t even mine. I was told that there was never an ordered placed by one worker, then the other associate comes up and suddenly says “I see one of the drinks from your order” but not the meal - Didn’t get a refund, just left due to frustration. There is no reason for that to have occurred.
Just got told to wait in spot one for drive thru. Waited for over 45 minutes. Will never ever come to this location again. Used to work there—new employees now and very bad attitudes. Cookies burnt and large fry was literally half full.
Whoever the manager on duty today is needs to be the manager on duty everyday! Service was very quick and the fries were good and hot, my sandwich wasn’t sloppy and the workers were nice. This doesn’t happen often.
Not bad, it's a McDonald's just like all the others. But I feel like the people who designed the parking lots for both McDonald's and Starbucks wanted to see fender benders. Good luck getting in and out of the parking lot, you're gonna need it, especially during the busy hours.
Fast enough service, but the Curbside delivery came without napkins and some of the extras requested in sandwich thru the App.
They Never turn around to pay attention to front end for dashers and uber.. very very slow .. too much giggles and no work... customer service means to SERVICE THE CUSTOMER.... if u can't multi task than u should be washing dishes not expediting food
Nice McDonald's but the parking lot is very small and very tight and you have to walk right across the drive thru traffic to get to the front entrance of the place which isn't very safe especially with kids.
Really quick service. The food was hot and fresh. I was very impressed.
Overall, I have had mixed results here. Occasionally missing parts of our order, but in general, not too bad. Last time we went, they filled our large fry 1/3 of the way and sent us on the way. We checked the bag and had to go in and get the rest of our fries. The young man at the counter was visibly embarrassed of the actions of his teammates and apologized. I was cool with that. He handled it like an adult and I was on my way.
