I sat at the cash register in a wheelchair for 10 minutes and no one would wait on me. Yet, two of the employees looked me straight in the eyes. Do they have a problem with handicap customers. This happened at 8:00 AM on June 30, 2022. I feel extremely insulted. I guess I don't count as a customer.
715am on a Saturday morning and the women's bathroom was disgusting. The floor was sticky and I managed to drag the sticky on my shoes to the dining area. Squeak squeak as I'm waiting for the food.I ordered my breakfast sandwich sub bacon instead of Canadian bacon. I verified it was right before I left because customizations usually get messed up. But this time, it was right.Get on the road and my partner grabbed her unmodified sausage sandwich only to find she has received Canadian bacon instead of sausage. Like why???? She didn't sub anything at all!The dining area was a mess too; not sure if they are 24hrs Fridays into Saturday, but the cleanliness of the store was abhorrent.
So inconsistent. One day hot, fast food with friendly service. Next day at 2:45 pm, 12 minute drive thru wait, cranky staff & cold food. How do you wait 12 minutes for food and it's not hot & fresh?
This has to be the worst McDonalds of all. The attached pic is the norm not the exception. I keep trying to give them a chance and it’s always the same. Understaffed over worked employees that are trying to keep up but just cannot. Purely a management issue that has not cleared up in years.
Touch screen didn't print receipt. Go to cashier, takes 10 minutes for a manager to put my order in. Happens to everyone after me using that touch screen. I was there for 30 minutes and nobody came out to put more receipt paper in. They ended up making double orders for 6 people.
This store frequently forgets to make sure they give you everything you ordered. Today was the last time I'm going to order from this restaurant. Ordered a big breakfast, of course they forgot to place half the order in the bag. Staff looks complacent and under trained, management seems ineffective. Avoid this McDonald's store....
People…. I don’t think I’ve ever been in and out of here in less than 20 minutes. I usually do a mobile order so that way things can go quickly and I can stay out of the drive-through. Today kind of was the last straw though. I put in a mobile order and had to wait 30 minutes for it, but I ended up walking out without it. When I asked someone to check on my order she threw her hands up and walked away into the back so I couldn’t talk to her anymore. I’m not someone that yells at restaurant workers either though, so I don’t know what that was about. Don’t waste your time there.
The food was nasty. Nothing was fresh. I ordered a quarter pounder and the beef was burnt. The bun was hard. My fries tasted old. Chicken nuggets also tasted old. I understand it was a long line but be considerate next time. I didn’t eat my food. What a waste of money.
Went inside because the drive-thru was backed up. Waited 15 minutes for a simple order of 10 McNuggets and fries. The fries were hot and fresh, but the McNuggets were inedible--almost cold and dried out. We tried to eat a few, then threw the rest away. Poorly managed store.
This McDonald's had a longer wait for food and service than I am used to. The service was fine. No complaints about the food.
